She was genuinely interested in making the spa a good and smoothly-run business and she's made good on every promise she made during our conversation. It says a lot about a business when they see the point of view of the customer and try to improve upon what any customer experiences. I am now a regular client and am glad I gave this business another chance. ___________________________________________________________ Unfortunately, this medical spa started warm and friendly and now they've raised prices, appointments are always late (injection appts are 15-30 min behind), and they don't care. It's been a bit difficult finding a new hairstylist in a new state when you've been with the same hairstylist for over twenty years and she knows your style and cut and can do your hair w/her eyes closed! Since moving to Utah, it's like a dating game....you gotta date so many until you find the right fit. =) Courtney is very pleasant to work with - she hears you and communicates with you to make sure she knows she understands the cut and style you want to achieve and see. I've had the privilege to come on the days when she has the room to herself so we've had the 1:1 time to really chat and get to know each other. She takes her time with your hair. She also takes notes on what she did, based on what you like and what she did with your hair so the next time you see her, she can look back on her notes to repeat the color/tint she used last time. Really happy with her work and I am a customer of hers for life!

To me, the most important things to get out of my salon service is a good price and a finished product that I am happy with. This place has never let me down in either category! The technicians are very kind and down to earth which sometimes isn't the case at other salons I've been to. This place can be kind of hard to find sometimes. And there have been times that I've tried to call to reschedule appointments and have been unable to get ahold of them. They also could use a bit of updating inside as well as some more space. But other than that, they are well on their way to 5 stars if you ask me. I will definitely be back next time my eye brows need a wax, and maybe to try out how they do with massages! She was easy to book with, worked with my schedule, and was very thorough in mapping exactly what I wanted before any permanent ink touched my skin. Her salon space is clean, and stylish... you can tell she is artistic to the bone. I love my eyebrows so much, I went back for lip blushing (similar to eyebrow micro blading), and my pale lips have never looked better! However I did notice…read more she did not wear any shoes in her studio , she allowed her cats to be on top of you when doing the Cosmetic procedures, and her communication skills were poor as well with her scheduling. Pet dander and hair in large quantities should not come in contact with any cosmetic procedures could cause bacterial infections or more complications.  I also received a chemical burn from her negligence, Chemical burns for lash extensions can be common, usually mild and transient. However, could've easily been avoided. She could've Weigh down the top eyelid with foam tape or a sanitised coin, or use foam tape instead of eyepatches under the eyes to prevent the fumes getting into open eyes - the extra thickness of the foam tape helps a lot with this, especially on clients with more prominent eyes! Plus the way she microblades eyebrows is way too thick. Not only were my eyelashes extremely rushed, but her getting back with any communication with me has been like pulling teeth. The environment could be cleaner, and the technician, Chelsea, herself could be more professional.
