I drive by this area a lot and had never noticed it so I was glad there was a coupon or neve would have stopped in. If you haven't done this before , initial visit is about 2 hours so you need to be relaxed. They do a good job of giving you a relaxing experience. It's light pink and black decor are going for the French salon style and feels clean and open. For the first time, you fill out forms and decide the style you want. Mine seemed a little longer and thicker than I would think suited my face but there it was. I went home and made sure I did not get them wet for at least 24 hours and used no oil based products. Within a day I started noticing some falling out and by about day 5 almost all were gone from one eye. The other eye lost some but not nearly as bad. It was a long three weeks waiting for my next fill. The coupon included a full or I would have never come back. When I did I spoke to Tammy the manager and she said this is not how it should be and she would ensure the technician would do it n a way where this would not happen. I have waited over a week to write this review and yes, it's much better. Some fall out occasionally but it's not embarrassing or overwhelming like the first time. I like the look of always having lashes and I may try one more fill to see if this is something I feel is worth the maintenance time and cost.

She was transparent, responsive, and effective in her dealings of bettering my experience. Not only did she stay in constant communication to reassure she was investigating what happened, she was able to resolve it to the best of her abilities, which in this case, was above and beyond. I am happy that the owner heard customer's complaints and are actively trying to better their business. Not only that, I was able to get my hair fixed and get the full service. Astrid, the manager, did an AMAZING job of fixing my hair even when I thought it was unfixable. So good, that I honestly think I found my go-to hairdresser.
