I got lash extensions for the first time ever here last week. My lash tech was Zack and he did such a great job that later that day I was so mesmerized by looking at my own lashes in the rear view mirror while driving that I rear ended a car on 1300 East. 5/5 stars, will come back again. read more

I don't really want to leave this review for Micaela because it might be even harder to get an appointment with her. But she deserves all the praise in the world. I've been to other Amazing Lash locations and they're OK, but simply put: no one does as amazing of a job on my lashes as Micaela. She is a delight to talk to, she's thorough, and my lashes always come away looking fantastic. I know I'm in good hands whenever I'm able to grab an appointment with Micaela--so much so that I put off having a fill back in LA (where I've relocated) to come back to Draper to have Micaela work on my lashes. I can't even count the number of compliments I've gotten on my lashes, how the lashes really pull things together so that a lazy makeup wearer like me (i.e., I rarely wear it) still looks put together, etc. And to top it off, the pricing at Amazing Lash is definitely worthwhile. Shout out to Emma too! I've booked with her in the past when I haven't been able to see Micaela and Emma is sweet and does an excellent job as well. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!! My lash artist was fine, but guys.. talk about hidden charges! I came in out of curiosity and the offer for an introductory price. However, I was blindly offered services with additional charges- unknowing to me. By the time I walked out, I was billed for double what was advertised. (over $150) When I mentioned that I was never told about any additional charges, the front desk dodged the question and looked away. Seriously, the worst. I went to my scheduled 1:00 appointment in Draper and learned to my astonishment that they had overbooked me and said they could not fit me in. Thankfully I had a screenshot of my appointment that I booked online or they would have brushed me off. They said I could go to a different location (thirty minutes away) at an appointment several hours later if I wanted, with fifty percent off for the inconvenience. I told them I could do the time, but might be ten minutes late because I had to rearrange my schedule to make it work. They said this was fine and they would inform the salon of my 50 percent discount and the fact I would be ten minutes late. I asked her how the salon would know of these commodities, and she said she would call and let them know. I still doubted her (the entire experience had not been very professional so far) and asked politely again. She said she would make a note in my profile. I arrived at the appointed time (7:07 instead of 7:00) and the girl at the front desk did not know I was given a discount, nor did it seem like she was going to give me one, even after I asked her to call her manager and ask. the girl who was going to do my lashes didn't get to me until 7:15. the very first words she said to me was: "I'll do as much as I can in the time I have." I explained to her the situation, and that her boss said it was fine if I was a little late, and I asked her what she meant when she said: "as much as I can." After a several minute discussion with her and the girl at the front desk, I realized they would not go even one minute past closing time to make my appointment worth it, nor did they seem to care about doing a nice job. It seemed they both cared only about going home exactly at 8:00. I understand this, but am very disappointed I was told something opposite, especially after I changed my schedule and drove out of my way to make it to an appt I should not have had to have even made. A; it was EXTREMELY unprofessional to double book my schedule, and do very little to fix the situation. I scheduled well in advance and changed my work schedule to make it on time to my first appt and then told me that they could not service me, and did not seem apologetic about it at all. B: after I changed my schedule and made sacrifices to get there at a different time (including a thirty minute drive) just to be told basically to go home because I was seven minutes late (after I let them know this ahead of time) is totally bad service and unprofessional. The manager should have let them know I was coming (as I had clarified she would do when I was at the Draper salon), so that we could all be on the same page. I get that they want to go home exactly at eight, but that was not what I was told and I was screwed over in the process. All in all, a terrible experience and I will not be going back. I will make sure everyone I know does not go back as well. read more

They were able to quickly squeeze me in and I was able to visit with Zach. I arrived & everyone at the front was so super sweet. I have only gotten lash extensions twice before going to Amazing Lash Studio but never kept up with them. After Amazing Lash Studio opened in Draper I decided to give lash extensions another shot. I liked the idea of paying a monthly subscription (that can be cancelled at any time) for two fills, which ends up being cheaper than most of the other places I looked into. The location is great and easy to get to, plus the studio is so clean and inviting. The staff is so friendly and are great at answering any questions about the subscription or products. I see Robin about every two weeks and have been so happy every time with my lashes. She is so great at accommodating any fill requests I may have. Plus, not only is she professional, but she is also so kind, funny, and always makes me feel so beautiful. Lash extensions make my makeup routine so much easier and make me feel more put together even when I'm not wearing any makeup. Getting my lashes done is something I do for myself that makes me feel pampered and Amazing Lash Studio does such a great job. I've also purchased their lash cleanser (that I use nightly) which has definitely helped my lashes last longer and look better between fills. At my last visit I noticed they had a special mascara for lash extensions which makes my extensions darker and a little thicker. I personally don't use it everyday (I don't need to with how great my extensions are), just on special occasions or when I want my makeup more glam. And it comes of easily with their lash cleanser. Overall I have been SO happy with Robin, my extensions, and Amazing Lash Studio. If you're considering lash extensions definitely give Amazing Lash Studio a try! You won't be disappointed. read more

I laid there for two hours has a great nap and was expecting to wake up to caterpillars on my eyelashes i woke up to...what the actual hell did she even do...my husband was livid and couldn't tell I had gotten anything done. i've yet to even visit this location but i already wish i could give them 0 stars. they never mentioned they were the draper location, had such confusing pricing. it was all overpriced. they took my debit card info and now are charging me half price since I went to the wrong location. do not give them your credit card info. they will find a way to change you. the person who answered the phone was a sloppy mess and was confusing as hell, worst salesmanship attitude and attributes. she could care less about being nice to the customer or helping educate them. companies like these should be the one who have happy attitudes, especially for people who it'll be their first time they should really be careful in making sure everything is correct and they are on the same page. the girl I talked with on the phone could care less. such bi*chy people. read more
