She asked multiple times about the pressure and made adjustments, concentrating on areas I pointed out. The main issue I experienced was the constant interruptions. When the phone rang or another customer walked in, she would leave to answer without saying anything. She also stepped out for a few minutes to discuss something with her coworker. There were probably 5-6 separate incidents so it completely disrupted the flow, yet the massage still finished on the hour. I paid in cash to avoid the credit card charge, but it was awkward. I had to ask for change back and instead of just giving me the correct amount, she asked how much - as in, what's the tip?

I was in and out of sleep throughout the entire session because of how relaxing and skilled she was. That experience is the main reason we continued coming back, hoping to be matched with that therapist again. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was completely different. The therapist I received did not seem to be performing an actual massage so much as repeatedly rubbing up and down my body. At one point, she made one long stroke from my hip to my neck on the right side of my back, and I immediately felt a burning pain on the left side. I don't know exactly what happened, but it was painful and concerning, and it significantly impacted my experience. What concerns me even more are things I have learned about how this business is operated. I became aware of an employee who reportedly had documented medical conditions requiring frequent breaks. Even after providing a doctor's note, management was allegedly reluctant to accommodate those needs because breaks were said to "not fit the business model". As a business consultant, workplace culture and leadership matter to me. Based on feedback I have heard from customers and employees, I have concerns about management practices. I have heard reports of refund requests being denied even in situations involving the death of an immediate family member on the day of an appointment. I have also been told of employees being criticized by name in group chats that included additional participants. Based on my own experience and the concerns I have become aware of, I do not believe management prioritizes either customer satisfaction or employee well-being. The owner, Greg Lovato, left me with a very negative impression from the several negative reviews I have heard of this business. Greg, your sucky "management" style appears to undermine both customer loyalty and employee morale, two things that are essential for a successful business. No wonder your employees quit with no notice. Get some professional help. Hope you go kick rocks in bare feet.

Third, the music was so low that I could hear my own breathing and the massage therapist's breathing; the room has a weird light to it, making the light yellowish and feels more like an old house. Lastly, I normally don't care about gender but why assign my husband a male? I think they should ask for preference like other places. All in all, they were quick to get us out to pay. They didn't offer any water or tea afterwards and before paying, we were asked if we wanted to schedule for a future date. Just feels like the opposite of what the experience usually is. Jordan is super sweet, professional, clean, and very accepting of all people from all walks of life. I was hesitant to go to my appointment after reading a review claiming she was racist/homophobic, but after visiting her business, it was very clear that the negative reviews were made by someone trolling and making things up to try to destroy her business name, probably someone who feels the competition of her new shop. My transgender (also African American) friend and I both had appointments, and Jordan made BOTH of us feel totally comfortable and was amazing the entire time! She discussed life with us as the day went on, giving great advice to my friend about his relationship WITH A MAN. I don't think that would've happened if she was homophobic. I hate to see when awful, miserable trolls try to give a great business a bad name because they are hateful people who make themselves out to be the constant victim. I don't usually leave reviews on here, but after visiting WiNK and seeing that nasty review, I felt like it was necessary. So thank you Jordan, we will both be back, and we will also be recommending you to our other friends. read more

I'm so happy And blessed finding Jordan she is so professional and able to make you feel so comfortable, specially when it is a very sensitive part of your life expressing something that has made you feel so stressed with the lost of your hair and having to continue thinking it's just the way it has to be,and then she turns your whole life around with her talent and creates you a hair line with her artistic gift and skills . I can't express how much this has made my life change drastically. I can feel like my life has changed, I know I sound so dramatic but I know there so many people out there that totally understand. I met Jordan online while she was advertising her service for the microblading..I am very open minded in talking and asking other entrepreneurs questions to find what works and what doesn't. Jordan was sweet enough to guide me what school to go to and what steps to take to do the micro blading services. In this generation it is hard to find someone who will open the doors to a stranger and guide them to success. Jordan was kind enough to text back around 20 questions that I had for her not even knowing who I was she was trying her best to help a stranger. Jordan is AMAZING!! While I was visiting some family, I made an appointment on a whim. I got booked even though I only had a short window of time in CA and was super impressed with how professional and sweet Jordan was about my booking. I already had a nice shape to my brows but they were not NEARLY full enough. Jordan made them look FABULOUS!! They look so much better than they looked when I had to fill them in and, omg, it's so much easier to get out the door when I don't have to spend 20 minutes on my brows every day. My family was also very impressed and are wanting to make appointments for their brows as well! I highly recommend Wink! I would recommend them to everyone! I was very hesitant to try microblading since I am very scared of needles. I also was worried about how they would turn out, but i hardly have any eyebrows anymore and I thought it was time I gave it a try. So I made sure to really research who my microblader would be and I'm so happy I chose Wink Aesthetics! Jordan is super sweet and helped me feel very comfortable. Jordan is a real local gem. To jump-start her business after moving here from NorCal, she offered wonderful discounts to local moms. I was able to take advantage of one of them. Jordan is super nice and professional! She made sure to trace out my brows before hand and that I liked the exact shape. She also explained why it would be better to do the shape thinner first then make it thicker because it can't be undone. She made me feel as if my brows were hers. I would 100% recommend anyone doing microblading to go to Jordan! I loved my results after the initial procedure and 100% more after doing the touchup. Go to Jordan to get your brows done! I am seeing Jordan to get scalp micropigmentation, as I have very thin hair due to hypothyroidism. She was able to do color correction and now I am free of covering my brows with other liners trying to make them work. I am very impressed. The normal price is around $450, but I got a 50% discount. If I had paid full price, I would have rated this place with fewer stars. The results I have are uneven and patchy. I suppose my eyebrows look slightly fuller and defined than before, but not in an ideal way. I still need to apply eyebrow makeup which I had hoped I wouldn't need after getting this procedure done. She told me since I have different growth patterns, they are going to look different. I wanted my eyebrows to look more like sisters, not distant cousins lol. The service itself was extremely painful and not long lasting. Natassia provided me with very little after care instructions after my initial visit, and none at all after my touch up. She only used a light numbing cream during the first visit and didn't offer it during my touch up. Her work looks good immediately after, but be aware that it's very temporary.
