Kelly did a phenomenal job with my service today. It was my first time doing this treatment and she was so informative and and walked me through every single step when I first arrived. My favorite part of going to the hair salon is the head massage during my shampoo, and this was an extended version of that including dry brushing, shampooing, hair oiling, and a halo hair rinser. The facial included a double cleanse, mask, face massage, and shoulder, arm, and hand massage. One thing that I didn't even think of, and something to just note (it didn't affect my experience at all) - when you get this service, they shampoo your hair and you leave the spa with wet hair. What made me call: I love the way Kristen responded to each reviewer, both the high and low ratings, and how she personally engaged with each customer about their experience. I called to help my really good friend find a good salon, since my friend wasn't having much luck (most salons were snobbish and hung up on her regarding perms for long hair). I called and spoke with Kristen, explaining that my friend has not been to a hair salon before and what she was looking for. I spent nearly 400$ to get a "Brazilian blowout" "smoothing" treatment and I'm so beyond disappointed. My hair is the same if not more dry and course than before the treatment. I wanted something to temporarily straighten my hair and I got confused by the messages with the salon which is my fault. But now after all is said and done, I'm just upset my hair feels and looks just a little bit worse if anything 4 hours of salon time and 400$ later. The lady Angela who did it was nice and did say it wouldn't straighten my hair all the way just make it more manageable. I just am very disappointed, as one would be.

Pet dander and hair in large quantities should not come in contact with any cosmetic procedures could cause bacterial infections or more complications.  I also received a chemical burn from her negligence, Chemical burns for lash extensions can be common, usually mild and transient. However, could've easily been avoided. She could've Weigh down the top eyelid with foam tape or a sanitised coin, or use foam tape instead of eyepatches under the eyes to prevent the fumes getting into open eyes - the extra thickness of the foam tape helps a lot with this, especially on clients with more prominent eyes! Plus the way she microblades eyebrows is way too thick. Not only were my eyelashes extremely rushed, but her getting back with any communication with me has been like pulling teeth. The environment could be cleaner, and the technician, Chelsea, herself could be more professional.

I'm a general contractor, and I've even taken all of my employees here a couple of times for Christmas. I highly recommend this business! The customer service has always been great! One time last Fall, I came in on a Saturday. I was the only guy in the shop (pretty normal). The gal that usually does my pedicure had me wait until a chair at the far side of the shop opened up. When it was free, she seated me and, the TV on the wall being right next to the chair, she changed the channel to the NCAA football game that was playing. All the other chairs were filled with women who were busy chatting. My technician made sure that I had something to occupy my time while I waited. Great people! And I'm ALWAYS pleased with how my feet and legs feel after, and the care I receive.
