I came here once and paid full price. I didn't think to check if they were on Groupon, and they were. I opted for a lash lift, and upon going home (I wear glasses) I noticed one eye had a deeper curl than the other, something the technician should have seen. I walked around with lopsided eyelashes for weeks. One eye just didn't look like I had done anything at all. The technician also left one on longer than the other, and I am guessing she took them out in the wrong order. I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions and one fill. I did the lash extensions, which were wonderful, but when I went back in for the fill they said they couldn't fill and charged me for a whole new set. So this ended up costing more money than I would've paid without it. I was told while I was there that Groupon would refund the money or I could re-gift the Groupon but since they redeemed my Groupon on the first appointment Groupon said they can't give money or do anything about it. I am just out that money. I still don't understand why the Groupon says it includes a fill but it doesn't. This is so unfortunate because these ladies did a wonderful job and they were so nice. I was planning on getting my lashes done here in the future but without them honoring what I paid for, it seems like it's a scam. read more

Was looking for a place last minute that could perform a lash test and they were able to book me same day on a Saturday. Jerica was very friendly and fast. Unfortunately I'm allergic to the lashes but even the test amount she applied looked great while they lasted. They also do not charge for the test which is awesome. I highly recommend getting a test before committing to a full set. For those concerned with covid precautions they do not require masks, however the lash artists were. read more

I never write reviews. But needed to for my experience today. Sonya did my eyelash extensions and did an AMAZING job. I've had my eyelashes done now for about 3 months. I've always liked them but never LOVED them. Sonya changed that. I told her I wanted them boujee and choppy like my strip lashes and she nailed it completely. She did them quickly and was a lot of fun to talk to. She was able to get me in last minute as well. She is fifty mins from my house but so worth it! Go see her ! read more

Horrible horrible experience! The employees are rude. As soon as I walked in nobody greeted me they just stared at me asking if I had an appt in a very rude tone.. I went in for a lash lift and came out with glue all over my face, the lady didn't seem to know what she was doing. The final result was pretty bad. Do not waste your money here. That's funny that you don't have record of my visit! The person that did my lift was an older lady! I went in on sept, I got the lift as a birthday gift, she even mentioned that her daughter's birthday had just passed and that one of the other employees birthday was coming up 1-2 days after mine. And if she didn't use glue well idk wtf that was then that made my eyes all sticky.. vey poor job overall. I will post pics soon with my receipt and all. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I bought the Groupon for a full set of lashes looking to try somewhere new. I had lashes for a few years, took a break, moved, and wanted to try somewhere closer to me to get them done again. I bought what was listed as a full set and fill. I arrived to my appointment and the tech let me know that the Groupon only covered roughly 65% of your lashes and you have to pay more for a full set - to the tune of $50! I let her know that the Groupon says a full set so she grabbed her manager (I could tell this was not the first time there had been a Groupon complaint). The manager said that if you go to a specific part of their company booking site (no connection to or mention in Groupon) and do some digging you can find that the Groupon set is 65% coverage. I asked why they don't just put that description on Groupon because saying it is a full set is misleading and the manager dismissed it. It was apparent that they don't advertise correctly because they don't want you to know what it is beforehand so they can upcharge you once you're there. Most likely looking to prey on clients new to lashes who would not know they are being hustled. It would have been totally fine to charge more for a Groupon for a full set, just don't lie about the kind of service you are providing. I canceled my Groupon and left. I went in for 100% coverage classic lash extension set for 79 dollars. I went in Tuesday afternoon and left for Bahamas on Wednesday morning and took really good care of the lashes and by Sunday morning i had less than 50% of the lashes left. By coming home the following Tuesday afternoon i had no lashes left at all. Not to impressed with the fact these lashes lasted less than a week. read more

I wouldn't really recommend. This was my first time going to this salon. I needed it done this weekend and it was the only place that could fit me in. My car was in the shop so I took an Uber (40 min drive) I had appointments with one person for an eyelash extensions removal and another person for a lash lift and tint. The lady who did my removal took 40 minutes (I was told it would take 15). After all of that she left a vaseline type residue on my lashes and told me to "wash it off in the bathroom sink" I tried for a few minutes and my eyes got very irritated. I was then told she could not do my lift and tint because the removal took so long and she had another client. She even was showing the lady who removed my lashes how to do a lift and tint. I told her no. I was not about to have someone who was inexperienced put a perming solution and dye on my lashes. My eyes were already irritated and there was still lots of the remover stuck on my lash line. Frankly a waste of my time and money. At least the lady who removed my lashes was sweet. read more
