I have been going to Elase for about 10 years and have always had the membership plan. I actually loved going here before it was sold. It is very expensive compared to most other med spas, however I have always had great service until they sold to it to a new owner. I have felt like they try to up sale every single thing they can and it's actually very uncomfortable. My last appointment was on December 13th at the new Herriman location at that appointment they tried to pressure me into doing more Botox units than I have ever done and in places I don't normally do, and I did it and left feeling annoyed and decided to cancel my membership and find a new place as there are a million med spas to choose from. It has now been 2 months since my appointment and my Botox has completely worn off. I have ALWAYS been able to go at least 4 months between appointments and it has NEVER worn off this fast. I feel like either I was given expired product or not as much as I paid for. Definitely make sure they show you the exact units they are injecting and if you don't want to pay over $12 a unit there's a lot of really great med spas that offer Botox for $9-$10 a unit and don't pressure you into to doing more or ask you to tip.

The level of service is stellar, and Lou performs many specialized services, including facials, massage, light therapy, makeup, and energy work. She has a full line of hind end facial products, and she has helped me with problem skin. The prices are great, a little less than you would pay at an upscale spa. However, given that this is an upscale spa, and she really knows her stuff, this is an awesome deal. Lou did shape my brows, but given I am a male I may not be as tough or particular as some of her female clients. Try one of her packages, join her spa club, or get a gift for a friend and rest assured, you will be well taken care of.
