I NEVER LEAVE REVIEWS BUT I ALWAYS READ REVIEWS BEFORE GOING TO NEW PLACEs AND APPRECIATE HONEST REVIEWS. I have been going to Elase for about 10 years and have always had the membership plan. I actually loved going here before it was sold. It is very expensive compared to most other med spas, however I have always had great service until they sold to it to a new owner. I have felt like they try to up sale every single thing they can and it's actually very uncomfortable. My last appointment was on December 13th at the new Herriman location at that appointment they tried to pressure me into doing more Botox units than I have ever done and in places I don't normally do, and I did it and left feeling annoyed and decided to cancel my membership and find a new place as there are a million med spas to choose from. It has now been 2 months since my appointment and my Botox has completely worn off. I have ALWAYS been able to go at least 4 months between appointments and it has NEVER worn off this fast. I feel like either I was given expired product or not as much as I paid for. Definitely make sure they show you the exact units they are injecting and if you don't want to pay over $12 a unit there's a lot of really great med spas that offer Botox for $9-$10 a unit and don't pressure you into to doing more or ask you to tip. read more

I am editing my review. 5 to 1 (0) stars. I had a "deep chemical peel" in which I have had before. It was awesome. Apparently if you have a "deep chemical peel on the off season" they use OLD stuff. It doesn't matter that this is the one week, in a year, in which you are not entertaining a 6 year old or working. My ESTHETICIANS told me, " this bottle is getting low and it might be olD. If you don't peel let me know. IF IT DOESN'T WORK, PLEASE, LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL DO IT AGIAN." EVERY synapse in MY body wanted to YELL, " ITS NOT THE MONEY, ITS THE TIME. I HAVE ONE WEEK A YEAR TO DO THIS. PLEASE USE THE GOOD SHIT!" But I did not. I wanted to be polite. FFFF me. My lower face flaked, and my upper face did absolutely nothing. My upper face has the MELASMA.. I tried to collect myself, figure out my timing....but surely ELASE would see their fault. NOPE. Silence. "Maria" tried to convince me that it was normal. Elase, you should be ashamed of yourself! I've been having Botox done for 20 years. I have never. Ever. Been peer pressured into tipping on a Botox service in my history of doing Botox. Breaking it down for my life scale: I have had Approx 16 years (if you subtract pregnant and breastfeeding) x 2-3 times a year. = approx 48 in my life, let's say 40 if you want l on the side of error. 40 Botox 'procedures done'. In 3 different states in my life!! Elase has been the ONLY ONE to PEER PRESSURE YOU by having a 'tip space' and say 'you should only tip about 25% ' when you are signing your credit card slip?!?! So if I understand Elase correctly: 1.) I'm tipping someone to basically, "not F--CK up my face' And not only that, I'm tipping something that: 2.) I don't even see the results (in 3days - 2 weeks plus)?? 3.) you are paying heavily toward Botox anyway, and quite frankly, have probably been upsold on your amount.. Then, top it off with a $100 tip??? 4.) with this sham going on... it makes me question of the now 'integrity' of the Botox. Find somewhere else. Elasé, shame on you. Pay your people better. You are 'pimps' of the aesthetic world. Making your staff hustle and turn tricks. Your wonderful staff are postured like they have to live off of its customers tips instead of their paycheck. I have personally been to Elase for laser, Coolsculpting & injections. EVERY TIME I was left over promised and under delivered. The sales consultant ladies were great & knowledgeable with laser and Coolscultping, but almost every time I met with the person doing the treatment I was told different things as far as results go for laser. I understand laser isn't 100% permanent, but sometimes I would get a great treatment and other times the person was in such a rush it seemed very un-thorough. I'm not sure if this has to do with their staff turnover, but this affects clients too! I felt like with Coolsculpt I saw ok results as I am not very big but had stubborn areas. To be completely honest it's a COMPLETE waste of money for the results you get! And last, my best friends Mother-in-law also had Botox done which resulted in a dropped brow (over injected). The staff who worked with her, including the injector and upper management were so insensitive/not helpful to her feelings that I had to share this in my disappointed feedback as well. Seems like there is a lot of room for improvement, and positive training at Elase Spas. To me this stems from upper management. Maybe you should be more involved in your employees and their well being, take care of them so they are more proactive and willing to work hard and take care of clientele. read more

I have had several different treatments at Elase--usually at this location (lots of parking and right off a freeway exit). Their waiting area and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff members are great with scheduling appointments, explaining procedures and working out payment plans. Their products are awesome! My teenagers have seen improvement after using their recommended skincare regiments. I love their chemical peels. I was nervous at first, but it really helped my skin texture. Didn't hurt at all and the redness went away quickly. I had several laser skin lightening treatments on my face, shoulders, neck and chest. Honestly, it was a little painful (hot and stung) and I blistered after one of the three or four treatments, but it made a huge difference overall evening out my skin tone. I had freckles and brown spots that were noticeably lightened. My skin is super sensitive (I am a redhead) so I needed lots of help. I am more careful using sunscreen and staying out of the sun as much as possible. I haven't been there for awhile and still have credit on my account, so I will schedule some more procedures. read more

Each time I come in at my appointed time I wait at least 15-20 minutes and there are at least 2-3 employees at the front desk. Establishment is clean, open, and I get results. Not impressed with last few visits of waiting with no Wi-Fi available and no reason for the expected longer wait. Schedule me at a time you can take me... They also change prices on me and the service they offer each time. I always tell them that's not the right price that's double what I have always paid! Then they back down. Worst experience ever. This place has truly gone downhill. Brought my sister in to spend some of my membership money before I cancel it. Their injectors are all new and awful. Their great injectors have all left. She left with crooked lips and several days later a dropped brow. I have complained and asked for management to step in to assist and make it right. The micro needling with the chemical is a great treatment. I have seen a real improvement in my skin, but my absolute favorite treatment at Elase is definitely the vampire facial, also called Platelet Rich Plasma facial. This is my second time coming to Elase. I joined the membership club the first time with Niki and she was so great at explaining and belong me. I normally don't like memberships but this one is really worth doing. My first time I went I had Kimberly as my injector and she was amazing. This time I had Riley and she was incredible too. After this appointment I had Becca and like Niki, she was also incredible. She was so sweet and helpful. I am treated so well there and the service is wonderful. It's the people who make a place amazing and everyone there goes above and beyond. I am always impressed at the cleanliness and knowledgeable staff at Elase. Their technicians are all highly trained and so nice and friendly. It has the feeling of a spa and high end medical office all in one. I have been doing laser hair removal on my face/chin and have been pleasantly surprised with how well it is working after just a few treatments. They are always on time and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments and then I am in and out and ready to go. So important with my busy schedule and knowing that makes it easy to schedule a quick appointment. I also started the VIVE weight loss program 8 weeks ago and it is amazing. The InBody scan alone is completely worth it! I lost 7.5 lbs the first week and have lost 17.9 lbs over the last 8 weeks and am feeling fantastic. I paid $1,000 to get the laser skin resurfacing only to look older right away. It left sun spots that didn't peel and my skin looked thinner and older, wrinkles are worse not better. Also, I had lip injections and they were uneven and left a bruise. Needless to say you're better off not going here. I was getting dermabrasion later at a different company and the esthetician said that Elase has been sued and their lasers are awful. Wish I'd have known before going and of course they didn't have any sort of compensation for making my skin worse for $1,000. A good company would have at least tried to do something to make your skin better after paying that much! read more

A while ago I got my lips done here. Both times my lips were uneven so I had to come back to get them fixed. The second time I got them done, the girl who did them told me that I was,"too much of a perfectionist and god made us a certain way and we shouldn't try to change that." She never numbed me before the procedure or anything. It was very painful and uncomfortable. Never gave me a follow up appointment or anything. Now, I go to Amara and it is SO much better. The girl who does my lips now was shocked when I told her about my experience. I'm writing my review now because I keep hearing more and more stories about how people weren't numbed and were uneven. With my experience so far, I would give Elase 5 stars for the kindness of the workers there as well as for how the treatments I've been getting have worked so far. I've been getting laser hair removal and so far it's been great (even though it does hurt a bit). I haven't ever gotten any burns or blistering, and even just after the 2nd time going I could see a noticeable difference. I've done it 5 or 6 times now and already hardly ever have to shave. I had my first Botox injection ever today! The check in staff was great and very accommodating. I was nervous about how the experience would be but the NP doing the injection was knowledgeable, patient and very honest about what to expect and explained the waiting period after the injection until I see results.
