I regret more and more every day getting Elacore. My main concern was wanting to get rid of smile lines on my cheeks (not NLFs). I had done research on both Elacore and Sculptra (paired with microneedling). I had a consultation and explained what I was wanting to "fix". We talked about both Elacore and Sculptra. Based on what the NP understood of the two treatments, and what my insecurities were, I wish I would have been steered toward Sculptra. I think that and microneedling would have helped me achieve my skin goals. I didn't understand the volume loss Elacore would cause. I feel like it aged me, and now my NLFs are more apparent, plus my smile lines didn't improve. I still have texture issues from the coring and I have more insecurities than I did before starting. Omg update time for sure they have moved locations to this discreet building across from fashion place mall. Unfortunately old place had a fire and they had to rebuild. Rebuild they have with state of art lasers and fillers for practically anything! Rhonda still runs the show but more behind the scenes. Chelsi has been my Botox injector and she never fills me up too much. My friend got 50 units in her forehead at another place while I get 43 in my whole face!! So many places over inject to make more money but Chelsi is honest and will tell you what else you need even if you didn't know it! Haha Her suggestions are sometimes taken and sometimes I'm just scared. I did have a mishap with a filler that didn't sit well in my body and Chelsi and Rhonda handled it professionally and I was happy. So do your research not all fillers are made for you! Kacey is my skin girl, she's a master aesthetician and makes my skin glow. From vampire facials to laser they have the most advanced technology to knock out skin melasma, wrinkles, sagging and way more! Staff is always nice and professional and prices are fair for the services they provide. Other places have fancy offices and will inject the hell out of your face for money but this place is the best I've found and I've been coming almost ten years now! read more

The new practitioner and all the receptionists on the phone are extremely rude, controlling, and rigid. WOW! What a great experience!! Audrey is the QUEEN of laser treatments had me laughing and jamming out the entire session. This team has one of the newest machines in utah with some of the most modern lazer technology.... and having done lazer before i was expecting an hour of painful rubber band snaps... NOPE! The "in motion" technology on the laser hair removal had me wondering if it was even working because it didn't hurt at all. I could not believe how painfree this session was(PS.. IT WORKS REALLY WELL TOO!!) Then I met with Natalie who was SUPER knowledgeable about injectables, answered all of my crazy questions(sorry i asked a lot!) and is so freaking smart about injectables and skincare. She helped talk me through some of my sticking points and gave me some great tips and tricks during our consultation. The entire time i was also observed by the medical expert on site who was very kind, knowledgeable, and really made me feel comfortable being there, and felt like i was in expert hands. The worst customer service!! Do not go here!!! I've been coming here for 6 years, the company has been sold, and the new owners do not know how to operate a business. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! It took about 4 weeks to get a refund, on a service I did not use, after about 14 phone calls later... the new staff members they have are very incompetent and rude! I don't trust anyone besides Whitney to touch my brows. I'm so lucky I found her years ago when I just moved to Salt Lake City and have followed her ever since. Over the years she's helped me "train" my brows to grow closer-together because it was more flattering for my face shape, grow them thicker, and get them on a regular schedule so I don't have to do any plucking in between waxes. I send everyone who asks for reccomendations to Whitney and I tell them: for their first appointment, plan to book at least two months in advance, as she fills up quickly. Also dedicate at least a half-hour per appointment, as she takes the time to make sure your shape and color are perfect before you walk out the door. She'll also put on a little touch-up to cover up the redness, which I appreciate if I'm returning to work after. The most difficult part is when you're a new client and she tells you not to touch your brows until your next appointment, but trust her! It's so much less maintenance now to have just a regular appointment where I get everything tinted and touched up, without having to worry in-between. read more

I have been going to Trilogy for many years and until recently, I have always had great service and results.   My two favorite injectors are no longer there, and I think I now understand why. I went to a new injector for Botox and filler to address my lips and nasolabial folds.  I have never been more disappointed! The lip filler did not even last a month nor did the filler.  I went back after a month and was injected with another full syringe in my lips.  Once again, I was not happy with the results- simply because there were no results.  Yes, I had 2 full syringes in my lips but if was not placed in any areas where you would actually see results.  My before and after photos easily prove that. I went back in for a third time for a consultation with my injector with no resolution.   The injector continued to change her story, staring first that my body dissolved the product too fast (within a month???), then that I needed a Thread lift for my nasolabial fold area, to that they have been getting a lot of the same complaints about the product and are seeing the same issues, and that my expectations of being able to tell a difference after multiple syringes were unrealistic. They offered me $100 off any service, mind you that at this point I have spent almost $3,000 in total. After my consultation with the injector, the office manager was supposed to call me to further assist me. After 5 days of not getting a call back, I called again and was told that the office manager was going to call me at 1:00. At 4:00 I called again and was placed on a long hold and the manager never came on the line, instead the injector did.  She told me she spoke to the office manager, and they feel that they can inject my lips for a third time with another product, over what has already been injected, at their cost of $300, but made sure to remind me that she is not being compensated for her time- as if this was a huge inconvenience for her to correct an issue. She told me that she can dissolve it but that they would not cover another lip filler. As far as the filler for my checks there is nothing they can do. She then changed her story from me needing threading to state that I simply needed more product injected in that area.  She did let me know that it's not like I have a "severe medical problem of pain or anything"- just that I didn't have the results I wanted, and they are not willing to do anything else! In conclusion, they were more than happy to over charge me, over inject me- in all the wrong places, but they are not willing to stand by their work and assure that someone like me, who has been a loyal customer throughout the years, is happy with the results- or that there even is actually results. I have had work done in the past, so this is not new to me.  They have my detailed chart of what I have done and by whom, and they are not only making up a bunch of excuses but making me feel like I am the problem.  And what manager of any business does have the courtesy to call a loyal customer back???  At this point not only am I not comfortable recommending their services to anyone, I will also make sure that all my friends and acquaintances are aware of the poor quality and customer service that is now their standard of care. Extremely disappointing and frustrating of how this once fabulous business has taken a drastic turn for the worse. Buyer beware!!!! read more

What a disappointment! This is suppose to be a MEDICAL facility with people who know what they are doing. Could have fooled me. My sister and I wanted to get some procedures done. She was scheduled before me and had the WORST experience you could ever imagine. From start to finish this was a disaster. Not only did the procedure not work, but she has permanent medical damage directly from the procedure! When asked about these concerns, Trilogy Medical Center dismissed them and did not want to deal with problems they created. If she was not a success story they didn't want to hear about it. Who knows who else's bodies, confidence, pocketbook and self image they have ruined and are just hiding. The staff was not professional and rude. Not only would I NEVER recommend this facility to anyone I want to make you aware of how they handle their "valued customers." read more

Myself and my friend had Botox done by Roxy on a deal (buy 20 units get 20 free). I regularly get injected with about 28 units, and my friend gets 25 units which has always been sufficient. I was nervous that 40 would be too much. But it wasn't enough! I'm not sure if it was the injection technique, or if something other than Botox was used, but it wasn't nearly as effective as less units with my Dermatologist. I called with my concern, but there was no solution offered other than to come in and purchase some more. With my Dermatologist, he guarantees that it works or you can come back for free. This place seems legit so I'm really shocked and disappointed that this happened. read more

If I could I would give zero (0) stars. I went in for the 2nd of 3 treatments for vaginal rejuvenation and was also to have the O-shot on this visit. I had several vials of blood drawn for the plasma for the O-shot. Then unrobed and waited on the table for the provider. She came in and said that the centrifuge was not working that the weighting was off, and that she added a preservative to my blood, and she was letting the staff fiddle and fix the centrifuge. Then she tried to turn on the laser machine for the procedure and she was getting frustrated because it was not turning on. She kept trying to turn it on and after server tries I was getting really scared because it was not turning on. I told her that it was not my day to have the procedure with TWO equipment failures of the centrifuge and the laser machine. I went to the desk and asked for a refund and the clerk said "we don't give refunds" I said well I need a refund because I did not get the procedure and I don't have confidence in your clinic. I then asked to talk to the manager and they said the manager was in a meeting and she could call me later. I said you need to get her because this is a patient issue and I need some resolution. The manger came after approximately 20 minutes and then told me they could not do a refund and that the foot pedal on the laser machine was broken and it was a $25 piece and that I was never unsafe. She said we don't want to lose you as a patient. I said you already have with TWO equipment failures I have no confidence in your clinic. I said I needed to talk to the owner to get my refund resolved. When Mr. Mark Swant, the owner came in he was visibly angry and was very intimidating to me. I asked for my refund and he said well, you're going to be charged $250.00 for goods and services you used. I said I did not have the treatment and I did not get my plasma. I said the centrifuge was broken and they put a preservative in my blood and the laser machine was broken. I was getting more scared by Mr. Mark Swant, I was in a small room with the door closed and he was very angry. I then said okay if you want to nickel and dime me that's fine. I'd like my refund processed. I then went to the clerk again and they refunded the amount less $250.00. I am very disappointed in Mr. Mark Swant, Owner Trilogy Medical Center. I understand that there can be equipment failures. The most important thing to do is to problem solve and perhaps do service recovery. Mr. Mark Swant did not do this. It has been about 2 weeks since this situation and the clinic never reached out to me. Trilogy was not customer friendly with me they were not concerned about my experience and they did not problem solve. The Owner Mr. Mark Swant charged me $250.00 and I did not get my plasma nor did I get the benefit of the supplies for the procedure. Trilogy had a broken centrifuge and a broken laser machine on the day of my clinic visit. I don't know why the equipment was not tested before my procedure. For years I was concerned about my hairloss and haven't found a good medical center for the treatment. So I did a little research and decided to give a try. I called and came in for a consultation, I met the master Coolscupting specialist, Lisa. Lisa is very patient and listen to my concern about the hairloss and there is no rush during the consultation session. She explained to me about the treatment that I need to be treated every 6 weeks and things that I should do after every treatment. Her explanation is very thorough. I love the people here! The front desk Tona, Cassie, and Julie are so friendly/welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I've done hormone replacement pellets and core intima treatment with Shauna and Kitt, and they too are very knowledgeable and kind and I will love them forever for taking away my hot flashes and restoring my health in so many ways. I have had facials with the amazing Rachel and Kori. A radical TCA peel with Rhonda and bought and used products on their recommendations that have made my skin so much healthier. Dr. Kat is a fantastic injector and has hidden many of my facial lines and wrinkles fast and relatively painless. Shauna gave my thin non existent lips a very naturalistic fullness I've never had and last but not least the coolest Cool Sculpting duo ever- Kirsten and Kat treated my tummy lump and made it go away this in combo with diet coaching from Kat. The staff is great but I had an under eye fat injection that left me with hard red lumps below my eyes that never resolved and an uneven tummy where the fat was harvested. It's been 2 years so it's not going away. Was offered a chance to repair with a lower blepharoplasty (which they should have done in the first place) for $1500. I didn't want to take a chance on another bad outcome. Think twice if you are considering this procedure or you may be spending too much to fix it. Wish I had read more

During the consult he explains in great detail everything you want to know, he listens to your questions, makes sure you feel comfortable with all the information and doesn't make you feel rushed at all. So I went there a couple months ago to get a consultation about freezing away my double chin. The girl said she would not approve it because my weight has fluctuated in the last 10 years. Please note my girls are 8 & 3. she said she would only approve it if I first did the phentermine weight loss program with them for a year. To push the sale, she had the audacity to bring up the future of my girls as if I was going to die while they were still young because of my weight. I'm chubby, but I'm not gigantic! Then she tried shoving her Orange Theory, or whatever it is that she does, down my throat. I left that place to upset that I cried on the way home. The consulatation lady there is stuck up and will look down at you if you're less than perfect. She can take her workout program and put it where the sun doesn't shine. Appalled. It takes some nerve to go there about the future of my young girls about my weight to try to push a sale for a program that's no where near what I wanted. And furthermore, taking phentermine for a year will cause my weight to fluctuate like a yoyo even more... how is that helpful for freezing away a chin? The cells you initially freeze will go away, but that doesn't mean new cells won't grow when you gain weight again. It seems to make more sense to do the freeze while you are chubby. It's for a double chin! She was more interested in pushing her own agenda than listening to me. read more

Girls here the thing you wanna look younger but yes it's expensive so you go to some of these med spas with groupons trying to save a little the results thinking that's the norm but it's not. It pays to see someone like Dr Clayton having a plastic surgeon like him to "refresh"your look is far superior. I've had Botox at a few other locations ( beauty lab+ laser and other med spas ) my results are fake--I look weird and overdone but Dr Clayton gives you only what's necessary and in the appropriate areas the results are fantastic you don't look frozen faced or look unnatural he's honestly the best of the best! You end up saving money by having it done right. He has also done the most beautiful and stunning breast reduction and lift on me about 10 years ago I couldn't be happier STILL! we are really lucky to have such an artist. I sound like I'm a plastic surgery addict I'm not I promise because of him I look fabulous and natural. Now I want to go on a total rant about the fabulous Whitney & my PERFECT eyebrows, I swear if she ever leaves me I'll be depressed she is the best! Worst medical spa ever. I had a simple (but really expensive) procedure done and didn't see any legitimate results. The individual who performed my procedure (whom I had never met) thought we were buddies apparently and proceeded to tell me about a man she is dating who lives in South Carolina. She gave me intimate details about their sex life, citing how she was in physical pain from them having too much sex when he flew in to see her. She also mentioned how he would masturbate on the phone sometimes when they would FaceTime. I had no idea how to respond to this during my appointment (again, I hadn't met her before and I was strapped to a machine so I was unable to leave). This same individual also missed a follow up appointment I had because she was in the hospital and she/the office neglected to call me to reschedule so I wasted my time going in that day. Clearly the staff is BEYOND unprofessional. I am appalled. I spent way too much money on a procedure that I think yielded crappy results and I was offended on multiple levels. Please never book a procedure here. I wish I was making all of this up, but no.......STAY AWAY FROM TRILOGY MEDICAL SPA. read more

In June I purchased several laser hair removal treatments. My first two appointments were with one girl and my third was with Kori. When I arrive and check in Kori came out to get me and I was confused I asked her where the other girl went. I wondered why I wasn't told this before my appointment or at least when I checked in. The first appointment there was no before and after care instructions given, treatment plan and no explanation of what the best setting on the laser for the results I wanted. After we finished the treatment I asked if there was anything we could do for pain and was told no. So after the first appointment I had to convince myself to return, after canceling and rescheduling I finally return to use the other treatments I purchased. By my fourth appointment I had spoken with Kori about my lack of results. She mentioned I was on to low of a setting to get results, I was frustrated that I misjudged their patient communication skills. I had let her know I did not want to be on my sixth treatment with NO results, so she said we could increase the setting on the laser to the recommended level. Then I had my pcp call in a rx for a numbing cream for the next appointment. Before my sixth appointment I call and speak with Kori and the "manager" who tells me they can comp me a few more treatments to get the results I would like. I come into my appointment numb and excited to get results! When we are done I told Kori I was having a burning sensation on the area. She told me this was "normal." I Saturday morning I wake up and the area looks like BRUNT chicken! I was COMPLETELY burnt! I had eleven blisters on the site as well!! I called the clinic and it went to an afterhour's answering service. I notify them of what has happened the girl tells me she has left them a note for Monday morning. Monday rolls around and nothing no call, email, and text to see if I am okay. I finally get a call from Kori on Tuesday afternoon, who tells me the good news is there is she had to look in her manual to see if it could cause permanent damage. At this point I am very unsure I would want her to try again, this whole experience has been unpleasant. She tells me she will give me some stuff to help the healing process and this is all trial and error. I send my husband to pick up the stuff and he brings it to me and it is USED! I am just beyond frustration and disappointment. I very much misjudged the professionalism and the knowledge of the staff here. read more
