I'm in my late 30s and my skin has been problematic since I could remember! Acne medication since middle school, creams, dermatologist visits, cancelling on friends/dates because my skin just wasn't cooperating and no matter what I did I just couldn't figure it out. My eyebrows were a huge source of frustration for me. The color was so light that I was getting them tinted every 4 weeks plus filling them in with a pencil. Once I heard about eyebrow microblading, I knew I wanted to get it done but was very nervous about finding someone I trusted to do my brows. A friend at work had a microblading appointment with Kimberlee and once I saw her gorgeous brows, I immediately booked an appointment for myself. I am so pleased with the results! Kimberlee was very kind and patient in answering all my questions and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure I liked what she was doing. She did a lot of measuring and adjusting and I ended up with a beautiful set of brows. One thing that I didn't consider is very light eyebrow hair is still going to need to be tinted as it grows in if you want that darker look. However I can go several months in between tinting them now so it's still worth it to me. Plus the shape and arch of my brows now are so much better than my natural brows. I wake up and go without having to draw on my brows. Yay!!! I have struggled with acne since I was I teenager. All through high school and into my adult years, I've dealt with cystic acne then has led to scarring and many trips to the dermatologist. I've tried everything - treatments, products, antibiotics - and nothing worked. I didn't want to use accutane, but was very tempted to do so. I found Skin Spa and Kimberlee and, even though I was convinced nothing would help, I tried it. During my first visit, Kimberlee educated me about the kind of acne I had and talked about how she could help me to resolve it. She told me it would take about 3 months to clear my skin. Three months seemed like a long time, but I've been living with acne for YEARS. She did an acne peel on me and gave me some home treatment products and specific instructions. I have been getting my facials from Kimberlee for several years now. She is hands down, THE BEST! I especially love the microdermabrasion and what it does for my skin. I have actually had people tell me my skin glows. A couple of weeks ago, I had Kimberlee do microblading (semi-permanent hair stroke makeup) on my virtually non-existent eyebrows. I have eye allergies to many types of makeup, am a single working mom, and was looking for something to feel glamorous while being low maintenance. I have been seeing Kimberlee for about three months for DermaPen microneedling to help to improve some scarring I had from acne.  I initially saw her because, after talking with her on the phone, she seemed to be very knowledgeable about microneedling and her price was much more affordable than anyone else I called.  Kimberlee assessed my skin and told me I would see significant improvement after about 4 treatments.  I saw improvement after the first one, and I've now had three treatments.  My family has commented on how much better my skin looks and I've noticed a definitely improvement in the overall texture of my skin and a reduction of the scarring.  I'm so happy with my skin after my microneedling treatments, and she has also helped me with home care products and instructions to keep my acne clear.  Every time I go in, Kimberlee is really excited to see improvement with my skin.  She really cares about her clients and wants them to be happy - and I am! read more

I recently had Kimberlee do microbalde (hair stroke) eyebrows for me. Although she has been doing permanent makeup for over 13 years I was really nervous for it. She did such a great job and I really like my brows! Before having this done I would spend a lot of time every morning drawing my brows in and trying to get the perfect shape. Having them done has made my life so much easier and saves me quite a bit of time in the morning. The shape is perfect and the hair strokes looks really natural. I've had several treatments so far at Skin Spa Acne Clinic including microdermabrasion, and ThermoLo. I am very happy with the outcome of all my treatments, especially the ThermoLo which got rid of all the red broken capillaries around my nose and chin area. I see kimberlee for both acne facials and recently for micro blading. Prior to getting the peels for my acne, I was contemplating getting on Accutane. My skin had started freaking out after discontinuing birth control pills. The peels and the home regimen have cleared up my skin significantly when other over-the-counter and dermatologist recommended/prescribed products did not help at all. I feel like I have my skin back and am very grateful that I do not need to be on antibiotics or take accutane. I recently got the micro blading and am so happy with the results. A little less than a year ago I decided that I was so sick of having acne. I've grown up with acne coming up here and there, but once I hit college it decided to get really bad. I'm someone who has struggled with acne all my life. I've never had severe acne but I do suffer from persistent breakouts and really stubborn pimples. I did three rounds of accutane and was told it was rare for someone to still have breakouts after three rounds. 6 months to the day accutane left my system, I had a breakout.
