Kelly is absolutely phenomenal. I started seeing her in 2015 and she was the only person I'd allow…read moreto do anything to my face until I moved out of state in 2020. The thing that makes Kelly so special (besides her sincere, caring personality and ability to make every appointment a fun memory) is that she's a perfectionist. And that's exactly what you want in an injector or anything involving the face. Before Kelly, I'd had Botox one single time. In the 5 years I was a customer, I had multiple procedures and regular Dysport injections and what I believe was IPL treatments. I've had the same procedures done since moving to my new home and I've been disappointed every time. Kelly is a pro. She knows what she's doing and I trust her implicitly. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.

They would not honor a gift certificate that did not have a written expiration date anywhere on it…read more(despite their being a place for it) after a year. They said their certificates expire a year after being issued but that was never mentioned when it was purchased and they failed to write it on the certificate itself.
