WARNING!!! If you were injected by Steven P. Jepson in Murray, Utah, get imaging!…read more Steven P. Jepson, M.D., in Utah injected suspicious substances into my midcheeks at his med spa. He said the fillers he injected into my midcheeks are hyaluronic acid and dissolvable. Imaging would later reveal illegal silicone in my midcheeks. This permanent silicone was injected into me against my will and knowledge. Facial silicone is illegal. This liquid silicone was injected into my face illegally. Ultrasound imaging is easy to get at a doctor's office. Silicone appears like a snowstorm, brighter than the surrounding tissue. Based on Steven Jepson's sketchy behavior after his injections, I am suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. During approximately 13 separate sessions, excessive chemical was injected into my midcheeks to try to remove the fillers Steven Jepson injected. Multiple doctors were unable to chemically break down the fillers. Because I was told by Steven Jepson that he injected hyaluronic-acid filler, and because the fillers were NOT breaking down, that allowed excess chemical to be injected into me -- trying to break down his filler. The natural structure of my entire face was destroyed by the excess chemical. The excess chemical spread throughout my body, and I experienced severe bodily harm. Not knowing silicone is located in my midcheeks, I contacted Steven Jepson via email. I informed him of the unsuccessful attempts to remove the fillers he injected. He then mailed a refund check to me for the fillers. But when I asked to speak with him over the phone, he refused. And when I emailed him questions regarding trying to chemically.break down his fillers, he was evasive and would not answer my questions. This made me more suspicious of what exactly he injected into me. I then requested and received his medical record. After receiving the medical record, he sent an email to me stating that he would no longer speak with me, and that if I have any questions, I can speak with his insurance company. Insurance companies provide lawyers to represent doctors in legal cases. This raised serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson injected into me. Furthermore, I was in need of medical care and Steven Jepson refused to see me or speak with me. A doctor who cares about a patient would say: These are my fillers I injected into you, come see me at my office, and let me help you. Steven Jepson did the opposite. He did not care about my health and safety. I reviewed the medical records Steven Jepson sent to me. The appearance of the product labeling for the fillers he injected appear inauthentic. Additionally, the medical records show two fillers having labels with duplicate identification numbers. There should not be duplicate labels -- each filler is supposed to have its own unique identification number on the manufacturer label. Yet, the label for one filler has the exact identification number on the label for a second filler I purchased, which he injected almost three weeks later. The filler labels in Steven Jepson's medical records were sent to a dermatologist who sent the labels to their executive-level contact at the manufacturer. The dermatologist then replied that the labels are "fake". Shortly after I received my medical records, I spoke with Steven Jepson's receptionist who told me that Steven Jepson was in the process of changing medical-record systems. I told Steven Jepson that I was very concerned for his other patients. Months later, he sold his business and retired. When I take all these inconsistencies, including Steven Jepson refusing to speak with me, it raises serious concerns of what exactly Steven Jepson was injecting into me. Steven P. Jepson should be held accountable. I've spent approximately $200,000 on trying to chemically remove the substances, and the subsequent surgeries and procedures trying to address permanent disfigurement and bodily harm I suffered from excess chemical. All because I was lied to and thought I was trying to remove hyaluronic acid. Not illegal, permanent silicone.

I am the patient, I am the customer, these are my eyes! I was treated poorly by him because of the incompetence of his office staff. I went in for a procedure in December and was told to return in January for a touch up. Meanwhile, they totally botched the billing with my insurance (and of course blamed the insurance). I was told me that if I came in for a touch-up, I would not be charged, then I was also told by that I would be charged. I elected to wait until they figured out the billing. There is a 90 day window that they couldn't get the story straight on. I wrote a letter, and received one back from Dr. Wooldridge and at which point I went in for a visit. They promised to call me back and let me know if I could be seen on the 91st day, I never heard from them. Because of his staff (which he defended) made me miss the deadline for a touch up by 1 day, I was too late for the procedure to be covered. Go to Hoopes, go to Moran, go anywhere but there!

Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. I would trust Shelby with my taxes, my future children, and the nuclear codes. 10/10. If I disappear, please know I now live there permanently in a robe with cucumber slices on my eyes.
