He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

Regret Choosing Vincent Surgical Arts for Breast Augmentation - Poor Outcome and Follow-Up Care…read more I want to share my experience with Vincent Surgical Arts in hopes that it helps others make a more informed decision when choosing a plastic surgeon over a cosmetic surgeon for breast augmentation. After my surgery, I was immediately unhappy with how my breasts looked and I expressed this directly to the surgeon. I was told to wear a super supportive or push-up bra from both the surgeon and also his nurse to achieve the look I had asked for. That suggestion felt incredibly dismissive--especially after paying so much money for a procedure meant to enhance my body, not one that would require masking the results with a push-up bra. Around four weeks post-op, I noticed stitches poking through the underside of my breasts, which was both painful and alarming. When I went in, the staff pulled the stitch tight and clipped it at the skin, while the remainder was still internal. This didn't instill much confidence in the quality of the surgical aftercare Unfortunately, things only deteriorated from there. At about eight months post-op, I noticed that my incision had risen up onto the actual breast tissue, and the implant had dropped below the incision line. I called to schedule a follow-up and was told the soonest available appointment was five weeks out--despite them actively scheduling new patient consultations and surgeries during that time. As a patient dealing with visible complications and who had already expressed dissatisfaction multiple times, I felt completely deprioritized . By this point, my left breast had completely bottomed out. At nine months post-op, I had my results evaluated by a different board-certified plastic surgeon, who confirmed that the implants had both what was defined as bottomed out, and that if left uncorrected, they would eventually cause my nipples to be exposed, pointing up, even in something as basic as a bikini top. The implants had also migrated laterally, pushing toward my armpits, creating an unnatural and distorted appearance. Completely flat appearing, and no upper pull boob job look at this time. Ultimately, at 10 months post-op, I had to undergo complete reconstructive surgery with another surgeon to correct the issues. This has been an emotional and financial burden that I never anticipated, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. In my experience, Vincent Surgical Arts failed to provide adequate post-operative care, dismissed serious concerns, and demonstrated poor responsiveness when complications arose. I was never offered any reimbursement, nor did I feel that patient satisfaction was a priority once the surgery was complete. If you're considering surgery here, I strongly recommend getting multiple consultations and being very cautious--especially regarding aftercare support and revision policies. I wish I had done more research before choosing this clinic.

Dr. Fryer removed, repaired and did a revision I never thought possible. I did not expect perfection, but I got it! Dr. Fryer was able to bring my breast back to beautiful. It has been 6 months post-op, and I can confidently say I was the best decision to choose Dr. Fryer. My implant procedure has settled in with no complications! All communication from Dr. Fryer to every staff member was excellent. I felt safe & cared for! And a bonus: Dr. Fryer even sprinkled in some "humor" in to keep me calm.

They…read morerecognized that this was a big decision and answered all my questions and supported me during figuring out sizing. I initially thought of getting a size a family member got, but thanks to Dr Fryer's unique sizing he explained why that size would not give me more projection and actually be larger side to side, putting me at greater risk for bottoming out. I also had photos of what I wanted to look like, and they helped me find photos that can give me a better idea of what the implants would look like on my frame. They were extremely knowledgeable and earned my trust. Dr Fryer did an amazing job on the procedure and has enough knowledge to educate you and help you feel confident on your choice. I got good vibes from him, and didn't feel he had an arrogance that other surgeons had, and his keeping up on research really calmed my mind. Post surgery recovery has been amazing, his staff has still been great if I've had questions. And oh my goodness, they look amazing! He provided me with lots of resources as I've been healing as well so that I can be aware of what weeks I can start doing more, some "exercise/stretches" to help with pain, and I truly feel this has been key in my recovery period. Another big deciding factor for me was that Dr Fryer has a planner for those exploring breast augmentation with research on common myths and questions, how to chose your surgeon (including links to find out if your surgeon is board certified or not or has malpractice suits open) and what to expect along your journey available FOR FREE on his website. He's the top surgeon for a reason! Definitely visit him.

I traveled to Utah from Arizona on January 9th with a pre-operative consultation on January 10th…read more My breast augmentation surgery was to take place on January 11th with a post-op on January 12th. When I arrived to their office on Wednesday January 10th, I was asked if I have been on semi-glutide by their office manager Kari. I advised I have been using it and the last time I had used it was a week prior to the day I arrived there. She at that point told me I should have been off of it for 4 weeks prior to my breast augmentation surgery. I then obviously went into a panic because I was never asked this in all the months I stayed in contact with her nor was I ever provided the male, email, or text any preoperative directives or instructions. I asked her why she had waited until the 99th hour to advise me of such a critical requirement. Her unprofessionalism astounded me with a reply of "my bad". The total lack of regard and respect for me and my well-being/health was quite alarming and concerning to me. She then tried to sell me into getting intubated so that I would not have aspiration during surgery. Her only concern was to not lose the money that they already received from me. I told her I did not trust her or have confidence in her or her establishment any longer based on her reply to me as well as her total disregard as a medical professional to advise me of such a critical requirement to be off of semi blue tide at least 4 weeks prior to surgery. She asked if I wanted to talk to the surgeon and I replied I did not I was done and I wanted a total refund. She walked out of the room and had the surgeon come in even though I had expressed not wanting to speak with him. This totally felt like a used car sales lot where they tried to talk you into buying a vehicle by bringing in their manager and other folks. Dr Kirk Moore came into the room and I told him I refuse to hear anymore and that his office manager failed to send me preoperative directives and I refuse to be intubated. They both stated they could not guarantee that I still would not aspirate during surgery. If anyone reading this looks up intubation and aspiration you will know how very severe and critical this could be to somebody's life. I was not there with family and there was no way I was going to put my life in danger and in their hands knowing how incompetent, unprofessional, and irresponsible the personnel working at Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah are. I requested verbally and via email to be reimbursed for my travel expenses and the time off I took off work that I can no longer get back to have breast augmentation done in the near future by a reputable plastic surgeon. I have contacted ABC4 Utah KTV, KSL News radio, KSTU Fox 13, Attorney General of Utah Sean Reyes, and the Better Business Bureau of Utah and placed complaints against the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah, Dr Kirk Moore, and his office manager Kari. I AM DETERMINED TO BRING TO LIGHT THIS HORRIFIC INJUSTICE OF MY WELL-BEING AND HOW THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR MY TRAVEL EXPENSES. I hope anyone reading this will stay away from this establishment because they don't care about you as a person you are just a dollar sign $$ to them! Please let me know if you have been a victim of the Plastic Surgery of Utah. I would like to get the news channels more names. I think they should be shut down!!!
