I heard about Constantine from a couple friends who raved about him, so, I booked an appointment. I had also a couple other consults with other drs before and after his consult. Unfortunately Terri the scheduling coordinator was horrible I live out of town and was ready to pay for my surgery the day of consultation however she was not there. Then when I called her the next day to schedule she was no help told me she would check the schedule and get back to me.... She has yet to get back to me. Dr. Constantine has performed two major surgeries for me in the past year and I am beyond satisfied with both. The staff is incredible, always accommodating and friendly. Dr. C is honest and professional, and his work is beautiful and natural. My first surgery was a breast augmentation in Oct. 2013. He gave me his professional opinion on size and positioning, while being honest about my body type. The surgery and recovery was seamless and I am so happy I went with Dr. C. People can't tell if they are real or fake and that is exactly the look I wanted. They are the perfect size and position and everything has healed immaculately. My second surgery was my nose. It has only been two weeks but I am already so pleased with the results. I love Dr. Constantine because he has such an art for making everything look natural. I did not want a pinched nose, and he completely understood that. The surgery was a lot less painful than expected and the staff has been great with answering my questions and getting me appointments as I have needed to see him. There is still swelling in my nose but I can't wait to see the final results. It looks great now, I can only imagine what it will be at full recovery! I have not had any surgery or procedures done by Dr Constantine but have had facials. The hydrafacial I had was definitely not very good. I have had this facial at other spas and always experienced great results and had a positive experience. I felt that the facial was rushed and incomplete. Less than 45 minutes. For the money they charge, $50.00 more than other spas I have gone to, they definitely need to step up their game. read more

My "Review" is recent, detailed, not a dubious canned reply from an anonymous "Goggle User", these events are accurate to my recollection, and the opinions expressed are mine. Doctor Kennedy, at the Institute of Facial and Cosmetic Surgery practiced medicine, specifically performing cosmetic surgeries while afflicted with a neurological impairment that cause him sever hand tremors. Physically, (and possibly psychologically) impaired Dr. Kennedy continued performing surgeries; in my case resulting in disastrous outcomes (photo-documented). This breech of moral and professional ethics I believe to be illegal and was knowingly allowed, and condoned by Dr. Constantine and the staff at Institute of Facial and Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Kennedy did not disclosed his impairment to me, nor to other patients, (documented) and when queried about his shaking hands I was lied to, told it was a "reaction due to a recent immunization", the same "immunization" that caused my first surgery to be postponed and rescheduled after arriving at his clinic the morning of my surgery. Never seeing Dr. Kennedy present in the operating room, before or after any of my surgeries, led me to investigate who in fact performed my surgeries. As to who, which doctor(s) botched my surgeries remains unclear, my belief is that Dr. Kennedy greedily wanting to continue his lucrative practice would hide his impairment while selling patients on cosmetic procedures based on his years of experience. Unable to competently complete an entire surgical procedure he placed my care, and others (documented) in the hands of two student DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) to complete the surgeries. My results, and others, (documented) were horrific, painful and extremely costly to correct; none of my procedures had a favorable outcome, and all have been revised at great cost and pain to me. Signed agreements state Dr. K would redress, "fix" problems/unfavorable outcomes; Dr. Kennedy has since closed-up shop, is unaccountable and unavailable to address the bad outcomes of mine, and others surgeries. All Fellowship doctors involved in my surgery are now also gone, the only remaining surgeon at the IFACS Clinic is Dr. Constantine. I question why this has occurred, if planned? A product of the Fellowship program Dr. Constantine and has since discontinued this program at his clinic, and now refuses to: "Fix anymore of Dr. Kennedy's mistakes"! Concerning my breast augmentation, and liposuction performed by Dr. Constantine resulted in equally disturbing outcome: Pain and burning sensation, folding and movement of the implants, numbness, and total loss of nipple sensitivity. I am told this "may improve", or "I will never regain feeling". Voicing my complaints Dr. C countered that my surgery was problematic and "took too long", intimating I somehow cut into his profit margin, stating he also "broke an instrument on me"; photos of excessive bruising bear this out. His excuses were: "what did you expect you have two fluid-filled plastic objects beneath your chest wall", and "what would you have me do wake you during surgery and ask?" I feel Dr. Constantine overstated his experience and abilities, he is unable to effective treat Transgender patients, and quite possibly others, to any reasonable Standard of Care. My surgeries were not cosmetic, rather a medical necessity to treat Gender Identity Disorder. In my opinion Dr. C is inept, blundering, callously misogynistic, yet great at obfuscation and blaming victims/patients; he too remains unaccountable for his actions! I strongly recommend you look well beyond IFACS for any cosmetic surgery, and if you have incurred problems please contact the Utah Dept. of Professional Licensing, (DOPL) and/or HIPPA, if you too were subjected to HIPPA violations, I am in the process of filing in Small Claims Court, and with both agencies in order to initiate a greater lawsuit! read more

Dr. Constantine is simply the best! Everything you would hope for in a surgeon who deals with such sensitive issues. His staff is amazing as well and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Constantine listened to me and didn't try to push me do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He helped me understand how my body was shaped and what he would do to help correct it. I never had any doubt in his abilities. My husband came with me to my consult and he really liked him too. After all was said and done, and surgery was complete, he happened to learn something personal about our family, to which he felt extremely grateful and made us feel very special. Everything about my experience was positive and wonderful! I came from out of town and the staff was so accommodating and helpful with scheduling. My consultation was thorough and stress free.
