He walked me through the entire process and post-op visits, and he's a genuinely nice, easygoing person who communicates clearly and puts you at ease. His office was also very accommodating, especially considering I traveled from out of state for the surgery. This would have been a 5/5 experience, but unfortunately I ran into issues with the office handling the required paperwork for state disability benefits. Despite following up more than 15 times via email and phone and receiving multiple assurances that it would be taken care of, the paperwork was never filed, which resulted in me losing my state disability benefits (up to $1000). While the office handled my medical insurance and short-term disability insurance without issues, state disability paperwork seems to be different, and this part was not managed successfully. I feel little sorry for them because of so much paperwork they had to do for my case, and they are not used to work with different states disability benefits, but I tried my best for them providing all the neccessary information and help them to file necessary papers. From a surgical and clinical standpoint, I highly recommend Dr. Stosich. I just wish the administrative side, particularly state disability paperwork, had been handled with the same level of care. I was a bit of a special case coming from out of state, so I don't expect most patients to have issues on the administrative side.

I went home and could see the silver filling and asked them to replace it with white since they never asked me and they did. They also did an awful job on my root canal. It hurt afterwards for way too long and when I went to a different dentist they had to fix it. Every appointment I had before that they kept telling me I had more cavities and I would have to come back and fill them. I never left that dentist without them telling me that they found more cavities and I would have to come back. After about the third time I thought something was strange so I went somewhere else. The new dentist (cottonwood family dental, which has great reviews) said that I had zero cavities (and they were the ones that fixed my root canal). This was after dr Walker told me I had four cavities I needed to fill! I don't trust them and would highly encourage everyone to go somewhere else.

After my implants I visited my dentist to finish the implant and the dentist was very impressed with the work Dr Stosich had done. The staff is very caring and they follow up the same day. These people are terrible. I took my 73 year old mother in here for a consultation for her severe…read moremouth pain. We were told it was a $30 consultation fee, which we paid up front. Dr Stosich spent about 15 minutes with us and basically told us there was nothing he could do. A month or so later, we received a bill for an additional $130 dollars. My mother is living on a fixed income and can't pay these kinds of fees! Had we been told up front, we would have turned around and walked out. When I called, the front office said they had "notes" indicating they informed us of this fee, which was completely incorrect. Your notes don't prove anything, I was standing right by her side the entire time. I am paying the bill for my mom, but I would never go to a doctor with such a complete lack of integrity.
