The nicest thing I can say is that I was really, really disappointed! I filled out all the paperwork ahead of time and indicated that she was allergic to Lidocaine. Then once there; confirmed that with the office staff. After waiting for the Dr to come in and explaining the situation he casually says "Oh well we can't do anything for her then". The amount of effort it takes to get someone with this condition to a new Dr appointment can be immense. I was angry. I said she's in a lot of pain is there something else you can use? He said, "Well I can cut her open without any meds if you want. Or you can take her to the hospital where they will put her under general anesthesia and cut her open about yay far". Are you kidding me?! I ended up finding out from my sibling that she only had a very mild reaction once, so I decided to go ahead. She almost fell as she tried turning over (on a dime) onto her stomach in his chair that had no extra room on either side. He spoke over her and then me the whole time and told me things that every person who has ever watched a single episode of Dr pimple popper would know!! He seemed to like to hear himself talk or preach. Once he injected her he didn't wait even 5 seconds for it to take effect. He poked her skin with a blade and asked if it hurt. She said yes but without hesitation he started cutting!!! Then used the little scooper tool to dig in there really deep. My mom was crying. He just kept talking. Not at all bothered by it. Again because I have watched my fair share of Dr pimple popper I know that lidocaine doesn't go through the cyst so as you remove stuff you probably need to put in more to get it under where he was digging. He said, "Well, she is allergic! And,"You heard how she whined when I put the first shots in. So no." He just kept digging. There's so much more but I'll leave it at that. He was a nightmare!!

She seemed thorough during the appointment and removed a few moles, I did not feel comfortable with her bedside manner or the way my concerns were addressed. I was also surprised that the biopsy specimens were sent to a laboratory that was out of my insurance network, which resulted in unexpected costs. My biggest concern is the scarring from the mole removals. None of the moles were cancerous, yet I was left with noticeable scars on my leg. I've had other medical professionals, including plastic surgeons, comment on the appearance of the scars and ask who performed the procedure. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to return to this provider. This version is professional, clearly explains why you were dissatisfied, and sticks to your personal experience rather than making claims about the doctor's overall quality.

BUT this review is for the service, ambiance, and customer service in the clinic. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by two front staff members and were told to get comfortable in the lobby/reception area upon checking in. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

I have had several cosmetics procedures in the past and this was not it. I would definitely not recommend going here for Facetite l, they were suppose to tighten the skin while melting the fat to sculpt the area, it didnt tighten the area and the nurse wasn't able to sculpt and give definition. It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. It took me 2 years to write this review, after speaking with other clinics, I came to a realization I chose the wrong clinic.

Our appointment was early in the morning...so we were 6-7 minutes late due to all the school traffics. But the receptionist was super nice and friendly and assured us that the doctor will meet us. Dr. Urry and all his staff were extremely friendly and professional. Thorough out the whole examination they asked many questions about past & present skin conditions, all different types of treatments my kid already had received. The one we really appreciated was that they patiently listened and answered all our questions and concerns. Never felt any rush from them. My kid and I are very satisfied with our first appointment with Dr. Urry. I think we will continue with him.

I was a new client to this office. I needed an overall skin review for preventative reasons as I…read morehad received a message from my insurance telling me the skin inspection is a free, annual preventative service that is free. I waited an hour before being escorted into the examination room and waited another 10 minutes. Doctor Hadji came in with a visiting family physician which I approved. She asked what I was there for and I told her. She checked my scalp, my back and front where she found a spot and and then the f offered to freeze them off since they are covered by insurance. I agreed. I was billed for a new office visit at $226 and then the freezing of two lesions $260. When I got the bill I called the billing office where I was told the office does not do "preventative" since they are a specialist. They would not rebill with the preventative coding. Fine. I will pay the bill but I will never return to this office. Long wait, rushed appointment, rude biller and high bill. NOT for me!

I saw the PA Shawn, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to break down and explain my questions in depth. At the U's clinics when I tried this the provider looked visually annoyed and would give the equivalent of one word responses. Overall this is a clean practice with exceptional staff and if they are in your network I highly recommend going through them for your next dermatology appointment!
