This was the only doctor that talked to me about going through my stomach to fuse my L5-S1. This was amazing. I have seen others with this same operation, but going through the back. Those recoveries take so long. I didn't want that and I would have put this off, but I am grateful I didn't. 5 weeks after surgery I am throwing a baseball again. Yes I still have some small surgery pains, and have to watch what I am doing. The surgery was awesome, and doctor Edwards was way better then every surgeon I have ever used. I have referred multiple people to them since.

However, they are pretty bad with their reception of calls and their response to medical questions. I had an issue that was ongoing and very scary for me. It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. I really thought this would be my gyno for years to come but I may rethink that now.

The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better.

Doctor Crump took the time to ask me about my upbringing, home life, aspirations, reason for my visit, etcetera. He isn't concerned with the amount of patients waiting. His main focus is to know his patients personally and to treat them to the best of his ability. I recommend him for everyone :) big and small.

I went to him based off her recommendation. When I got pregnant I was so excited for our 10 week appointment. We were shocked to learn there was no heartbeat. Dr Young was so caring and empathetic, assuring me that I did nothing wrong and that sometimes miscarriages just happen. He truly could not have had better bedside manner and offered to let us leave through the back when we were ready so that we didn't have to walk through the waiting room of happy expectant moms. He then performed a D&C on me to complete the miscarriage and was so kind throughout the whole process. Fast forward a year later I got pregnant again and he was so kind of helpful throughout the entire pregnancy, always making me feel comfortable and capable. He came to deliver my baby even though he wasn't on call and he does that for all his patients. We now live 30 minutes from his office but I am pregnant again and happily making the drive to continue my care with Dr Young because he truly is the best!

My husband went in asking for a hormone panel because he's been exhausted. Poor sleep. Fighting fit, but 0 sex drive. Completely exhausted after exercise. It's been affecting him as a father, and he tries SO hard. SO we asked Dr. Hardman to help figure out what's wrong. After a lot of research, it was clear that it was likely hormonal and fixable, but when we asked him to just CHECK on it, he refused, because husband is a soldier, and apparently soldiers try to fake tests or ask for testosterone supplements for muscle gain. And, yes, that happens, but what happens when someone who really needs help goes into something dangerous, or even just long and difficult and has to do it tired, because a doctor refused to help? And, not even to test? At all? Not even to look? I'm disappointed. I'm angry. This isn't healthy.

I'm just starting my diagnosis and treatment with this group, but I want to share my journey with…read morethem to share cost, experience, process & plan of treatment. First- I'm not into hippie & I'm not into non proven medical practices, but I'm also open to non traditional practices. I'm not rich so a doctor outside of my insurance was a little scary. Whatever I pay towards feels like a gamble. I had great reviews for this office and both Dr. Peterson and Seibold. I'm still taking my time to trust they can cure me but so far my experience's been positive. Details of a few areas below. 1) customer experience: Office manager Meghan/ Megan was soooo sweet & also soo knowledgeable. Even after my appt with the doc, she answered in-depth medication questions I expected the doc to only know. She wasn't B'sing either. 2) Blood work & check in done by Vicki/Vicky. It was the smoothest & painless I've done. I usually pass out or get dizzy. She warmed a pad for me, chairs were comfy & she was so sweet. 3) Dr. Seibold sat with me an entire hour! Ok that alone was such a valuable experience. someone care and listen. I've felt so passed off by Dr. Berman at Uof U. but Seibold shared that even when he practiced in traditional medicine he would have passed me along too because that's how they are taught so they don't know other forms of treatment for bacterial, nuero, fungal viral etc. Seibold said he's been practicing more whole body care integrative medicine for a few yrs but used to be a traditional nuts & bolts type doc. Lyme journey I've gone the traditional route was referred by my GP at UofU for a lumber puncture & MRI even though I've been sick for so long. He saw the tick that bit me & still didn't order tests. I may spend less here than what I'd pay for normal out of pocket limit with my insurance, which is 9k. I think I could save money too if I lower my current premium with my insurance.; if these treatments work. I'm still at the testing but I'll report back to share info on future experiences. Seibald shared science backed options that were non traditional and also uses traditional approaches for Lyme, such as antibiotics. Now these treatments aren't cheap but so far I'm thinking it will be less than my out of pocket limit. They have things I didn't need like weight loss stuff but they didn't make me feel bad for not being into or needing it. Just stay your course. They do a lot of stuff and don't get sucked into any up sell unless you are financially fluid. Insurance: Most things are not covered by insurance, but they will try to help get tests covered if possible.

It is very difficult to get appropriate diagnoses and treatment of late stage Lyme, mold toxicity, tic-born illness, and common co-occuringI infections and disorders. Dr. Seibold, Dr. Peterson's colleague, had openings so I met with him. I am 55 and have had a lifetime of various physical illnesses that run the gammut from acne to chronic sinusitis to ruptured discs. He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to (CA and UT). He is kind, calm, respectful, and professional but approachable. He is fully present in the room when he is with you and makes sure that you have everything you need in hand when you leave (as you know this is unfortunately rare). He listens carefully and explains complex medical concepts in a way that respects your intelligence but also makes them easy to digest. I am facing 5-6 debilitating diagnoses that are complicated to treat and include mental health components. Both he and all of the staff have shown me an amazing amount of patience and compassion. I dont have enough good things to say about him and the staff from the front desk, medical assistants to the phlebotomist.
