Super sick in the morning so I googled urgent care and found precision medical care. It said closed on Tuesday but on Apple Maps it said closed on Wednesday. So I went to the website and it said open Monday through Friday 9 AM. I walked and saw the door said open Monday through Friday. So I called because the door was locked and they said they were closed. Why does the website say open on Tuesdays. I even requested an appointment on Tuesday 30 minutes before visiting. I had an appointment with Barry Clanton. We talked a little about stress and we talked about the kids...I explained my struggles with my 9 year old son who has severe ADHD...He told me of his own struggles with his 19 year old... He proceeded to tell me the following: 1. "You better settle up with this fact right now...that kid is never going to college." 2. "I know what you are going through....it's a bitch isn't it?" 3. "You think it's bad now, you ain't seen nothing until he hits 14 or 15...You'll have to have your husband knock him down a few pegs." 4. "The best thing you can hope for is that he takes on a trade job and you can get him out of your house as soon as he hits 18." My entire experience with Precision Medical has been awesome. I've now had 4 visits and all of them have been smooth and successful. Dr. Barry and his staff are great. I was a patient of Barry Clanton for a little over a year and can truthfully say that I have never had a more caring physician in my entire life. He actually took the time to listen to what I had to say. He also explained what the health problem you were experiencing in a way that you could actually understand. He treats his patients with genuine concern and kindness. I came here a bit frantic and holding back tears 20 minutes before closing. The receptionist was so sweet and comforting while I waited to be seen. A younger doctor, who I can't remember his name unfortunately, saw me and was so kind and helpful. Often times I leave doctor's offices feeling unheard, this wasn't the case here. I had the opportunity to visit the Spanish Fork clinic. First thing I noticed is how inviting the office is. Its newly remodeled and you can tell they put a lot of time and effort into this space. My family and I were passing through town when I thought me and my son might have strep throat! We came across this clinic on google and were glad we did. Showed up without an appt and were in and out with a diagnosis and prescription within the hour! The doctor was super nice and helpful and gave us a great price (we were cash patients)! I got there for my appointment and there was no other patients in the waiting room. I had a newborn, and a 2 year old with me (not by my own choice). I waited over an hour from the time I got there until I saw a doctor. The whole time no patients left the back area, and then when he got there the doctor said he was waiting on an important e-mail, and just couldn't get away (or something like that, it has been months) He seemed nice, but unsure. He prescribed me acid reflux medicine. Fast forward to now, I get a bill for 224 dollars (???) because there is a "code" for whatever kind of visit I had (based on the time, and what happened.. he pushed on my stomach and talked to me...so? ) which the billing staff can not break down or explain. I wish I could give it less stars than this! How do they have so many 5 star reviews? Must be family and friends, because there is no way!
