On the negative side, I needed to wait more time before seeing the PA than I should have needed to. However, they were good about it. Arguably, that would knock things down, but they were so good about everything else related to me being a new patient, and spent all the time I needed. Everyone went above and beyond. After many years of pretty impersonal care, this was a huge deal.

His main focus is to know his patients personally and to treat them to the best of his ability. I recommend him for everyone :) big and small.

They seldom answer the phone. It took several calls for me to get ahold of someone, even to make an appointment. I spoke to May who claimed to be the office manager with my concerns. She stated that the owners did not care about the experiences of their patients and that she was there to be a buffer so they don't have to deal with it. In fact she stated that the owner was right behind her while she was yelling at me then hung up on me.
