I had provided my Select Health insurance information before I ever started treatments, and told the front desk to send me a paper bill for my files (which I never got), but that didn't help. Clearly bullying patients is how their accounting department works, and even more clear is that they don't operate on normal healthcare payment schedules (I should know, having been in charge of one). I did this the day before Christmas Eve while driving thru Idaho. We called his office and they told us to directly drive there and they would see me. We drove the 4 hours there with everything splinted and it was beyond horrible. The second he walked in and saw me crying he very compassionately told me it would all be ok, that he would admit me into the hospital to regulate the pain and monitor the baby and that he would do the surgery the next day, Christmas Eve. He did an amazing job and him and his staff have been so great thru my recovery. It's been a long process but I couldn't ask for better care.

I have left multiple requests with various facilities and made many calls but they have never provided a solution or fix and continue to send me to the same broken system, which promises they will send required paperwork and typically does nothing.
