I took my mother, who has dementia, to this office to deal with a cyst. They DO NOT know how to…read moretreat someone with this condition. The nicest thing I can say is that I was really, really disappointed! I filled out all the paperwork ahead of time and indicated that she was allergic to Lidocaine. Then once there; confirmed that with the office staff. After waiting for the Dr to come in and explaining the situation he casually says "Oh well we can't do anything for her then". The amount of effort it takes to get someone with this condition to a new Dr appointment can be immense. I was angry. I said she's in a lot of pain is there something else you can use? He said, "Well I can cut her open without any meds if you want. Or you can take her to the hospital where they will put her under general anesthesia and cut her open about yay far". Are you kidding me?! I ended up finding out from my sibling that she only had a very mild reaction once, so I decided to go ahead. She almost fell as she tried turning over (on a dime) onto her stomach in his chair that had no extra room on either side. He spoke over her and then me the whole time and told me things that every person who has ever watched a single episode of Dr pimple popper would know!! He seemed to like to hear himself talk or preach. Once he injected her he didn't wait even 5 seconds for it to take effect. He poked her skin with a blade and asked if it hurt. She said yes but without hesitation he started cutting!!! Then used the little scooper tool to dig in there really deep. My mom was crying. He just kept talking. Not at all bothered by it. Again because I have watched my fair share of Dr pimple popper I know that lidocaine doesn't go through the cyst so as you remove stuff you probably need to put in more to get it under where he was digging. He said, "Well, she is allergic! And,"You heard how she whined when I put the first shots in. So no." He just kept digging. There's so much more but I'll leave it at that. He was a nightmare!!

They provide the best medical experience I've had in many years. From checking in, to the exam, and minor surgery, it's all been great. The doctor had a great "bedside" manner as he carved out some skin cancers divots. It was like having a conversation with a friend who was interested in the conversation. I know a lot of it was to keep me distracted as he gave me the shots that "sting a little" and sliced off the skin. He basically made it an enjoyable experience -- go figure.

The staff behind the counter were efficient and even thanked me for checking in online before-hand. The NP was thorough and quickly was able to communicate my diagnosis and what was happening to my body. She gave me options for treatment and discussed with me what to expect for the months to come during and after pregnancy. She was helpful and I didn't once feel judged. Skin issues can be scary and intimidating. She really put me at ease. I would highly recommend her and this office.

Came into the office and reception area to be greeted warmly by the receptionist. Super friendly and helpful and she just made me feel welcome. I was walked back into the room by her assistant, who was also very personable and just made me fee comfortable being there. Chrissy was a super delightful lady! No wonder why she's highly recommended. So happy I finally found a great dermatologist in Utah County. Her bedside manner was great and she was really easy to chat with, kind of like an old friend who you haven't seen in a while, but meeting for the first time!?! She addressed my concerns quickly and efficiently. I will def keep her permanently.

I was recommended to this office by an NP (Jodi Wimmer- shes another story) within the Premier…read morenetwork. I went in for acne concerns and was told by Dr Daniel Glade that it was hormonal and the ONLY option was Accutane!! I was dumbfounded because this product is basically poison and you need to sign/promise on documents before even getting treated. This doctor didnt even exam my face, he sat 4 feet away from me and made this conclusion. I spoke with him for less than 15 mins and was told I had a MANDATORY pregnancy test that I needed to take. Then was VERBALLY promised by Dr Glade that I wouldn't be charged for this since it was mandatory ... Fast forward 3 weeks later and I get a fat bill in the mail that I was INDEED charged $25 for + the remainder of the "office visit" that I owed in addition to the "co-pay" which I was later told is actually a "deposit"!! I immediately called the billing office and said I refuse to pay for this because the doctor promised I wouldnt be charged. The lady said she was going to dispute this charge to the office, then fast forward another 3 weeks and I get yet another email saying to pay the bill to find out that it was reduced by only $10.. After calling the billing dept again and speaking with the office manager, she confirmed that my portion of the bill was being charged only $10 and was disputed/removed. However, how the hell would you ever be able to tell that on a bill that does not clearly show or breakdown what you, as the patient, is responsible for?!? After this "appointment" I ended up paying about $215 out of my own pocket in addition to whatever the insurance paid, to speak to an incompetent, neglectful doctor for less than 15 mins!! In addition, I tried calling the office to cancel my future appt as I refuse to give this office any more of my money, and convienently enough, they do not have a voicemail and the email on their website, must be human-less because I emailed not once but twice asking if my appt was cancelled only to find out it was via the phone call to the billing dept, but they refused to email and confirm with me. The lack of patient attentiveness truly couldn't have been worse.

I was the one barely keeping it together. Yes, CHAR, YOU were out of line. Not only that, you're the RECEPTIONIST at the Dr office. You SHOULD be compassionate. Especially when the worst thing I did was ask you where to check in, and if it was urgent care. You are NOT the kind of person cut out for a health care job of any sort. Shame. On. You. Char, you are anything but kind. You were confrontational and rude. Your face is the first one people see when coming for urgent care. If you can't answer simple questions in a decent way, (even if the questioner is curt) you have no business being the receptionist. People who are sick and in pain should not have to then field more pain from you. I've been going to PFM in PG since 2003 starting with Dr Liddle. Then Crockett, and now Willis. And their office staff is sublime. I have never been dealt with with such a lack of compassion at PFM until I Unfortunately happened upon you.

He also almost left the room before addressing the main reason we were there. We will be looking for a different office for future appointments.

The facial was more than just relaxing, it included SO many different treatment modalities that I was super impressed with. You can just tell that Dr Cope is super knowledgable and is so much more than just an injector. It really paid off having a real dermatoligist treat me. Can't wait to go back for more treatments in the future.

Ok I debating writing this for a while. It's been almost 6 months. So I feel like I've sat on it…read moreand really have collected my thoughts on what I have to say. Let me start off by saying he has 5 star reviews on google. Nothing on here. So take that what you will. I came to dr cope for Botox, my masseters, and skin issues. I've had many Botox appointments. It's nothing new to me. I used to get my Botox done in Orange County by the best of the best. But then I moved sadly. I liked that he kind of told me what he had in mind. I just told him my issues and then he did what he willed with it. He used an injection that's new (and hella expensive) if I had a choice I would have wanted dysort but that wasn't an option. Neither was Botox. I can't even remember what I was charged price per unit but it has been the most I've ever paid EVER. In my whole life for that treatment. It last 2 months before I had full movement of my face. I can usually stretch it to 6 months. Every injector I've been to has put numbing cream on my face. This was just free Willy. Straight into poking me. It was so painful. I've never had it hurt that bad. My girl in California told me, if they are marking up your face with a marker you're not going to a good injector. My horror when the marker was taken out and mapped out on my face where to place the injections. I was told I have melasma... it was left over spray tan. My last dermatologist was going to do a laser treatment on me and dr cope said no laser for the face since I have melasma that it could cause further pigmentation. I also had a prescription to tretinoin from my last dermatologist. Dr cope said he had something better. My insurance was literally paying for my prescription so imagine my frustration when I was upsold HARD on the skin care line they carry. I paid 100 dollars for a cream that I feel doesn't come close to my tretinoin. I didn't want to write this review because he really is the nicest person. The office is the nicest and cleanest. But the longer time has gone one the more I feel other people should know. You don't have to pay out the nose for injections and sold hard on a skin care treatment. I want to say I paid 1,500 out the door. I might be a 200 off but it was in that ballpark. it was absolutely shocking for what was done and what I paid and it not lasting nearly as long.
