He is very invested in making sure patients genuinely like the results so we can feel our best. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of his receptionists is always so rude. I don't look forward to when I have to call to make appointments, or when I have to go and check in for my appointment at the counter with her....she will cut you off mid sentence and roll her eyes at you. When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.

I don't take the time to write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write this after my great…read moreexperience. To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a doctor give out his cell phone number. Pretty cool. Because of my experience with Dr. Cimikoski, I have been happy to recommend him and his office and I will continue to do so. I wish you all well and I hope you have great results too.

I would choose zero stars if I could. I'll summarize what this "clinic" offers. You get seen, not…read moreby a doctor, or a nurse or a PA, you get seen by the guy at the front desk who does phone calls and scheduling. Then, Jason Silva will come in, make a huge pitch about the amazing things their treatment will offer you. "Restore" this, "Regenerate" that. Lots of medical jargon and Jason will be in scrubs to look the "medical provider" part, but his actual title is Patient Care coordinator. Basically, he will assure you that this treatment will cure your men's health issues. Make you young again. The "treatment": 12 acoustic wave visits with a 4 week break in the middle. The price quoted to me: $5,850 and they will put it on easy no interest financing for 24 months. (they don't take insurance) I trusted the pitch, the "clinic" and the claims they made. I signed up for the care. Prior to all of your visits you will get reminder texts that state; your next visit with Joshua Schmidt, who is the actual M.D. for this clinic. However, I never saw the Doctor once. No exams, no consultations with an actual MD, NP or PA. Your treatment will be by Ralph, the man at the front desk, in street clothes. He will meet you in the "treatment" room where your man parts will be zapped by their acoustic wave therapy machine for 8 to 10 minutes. That's it. Nothing more. Oh, BTW, they will tell you that after the 12 visits you may elect to have follow up visits for $100 each. To me, that is the true "cost" of their care, not the thousands of dollars quoted. I never saw a single measurable or objective positive result. Nothing got better. Nothing was restored. I made several calls to the clinic director and the Patient Care coordinator, voicing my concerns. Their fix; keep coming in. I requested a refund. They told me there are no refunds. I asked about their business and medical ethics. They have my money and could not care less. If this sounds like the medical care you are looking for, go for it. Otherwise, consider other actual medical clinics where you will be seen by a Doctor, NP or PA, not the guy at the front desk.

I was a patient here for TRT management and ultimately decided to transition my care to another…read moreprovider due to concerns about professionalism and communication. While the clinic was responsive about scheduling labs and refills, the way my symptoms were handled raised red flags. I reported elevated estradiol levels along with symptoms like fluid retention and erectile dysfunction, and the responses I received were dismissive and lacked meaningful clinical explanation. At one point, my concerns were met with one-word replies and even laughing emojis, which I found inappropriate in a medical setting. Regardless of whether a provider agrees with a patient's assessment, there should always be clear, respectful, and professional communication--especially when discussing sensitive health issues. I would recommend that anyone considering this clinic pay close attention to how communication and follow-up care are handled, as that was ultimately the deciding factor for me seeking care elsewhere.
