I don't take the time to write many reviews, but I felt compelled to write this after my great experience. To start off with, I should tell you that I had suffered from severe back pain from a herniated lower disc in my back from a snowboarding injury from 15 years ago. For all those years my back pain persisted and I tried just about everything short of major surgery. My research in possible treatment options led me to Dr. Bill Cimikoski. I had a back treatment by Dr. Cimikoski and I had excellent results. But one important note is that I didn't get much improvement after the first treatment... So naturally, I was a little skeptical and concerned. Dr. Bill told me that about half the time he has to follow up the first treatment that he does, (which is with Stem Cells and PRP) with one or two treatments with PRP alone. The follow-up treatment did cost me another $700, and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive, but it was only after the second treatment that I started noticing improvement. I am so happy I did not stop after the first treatment as I would have had a very different attitude and a different result. I might have even left a bad review. I'm so glad I stayed with his treatment suggestions and did not give up hope after the first try. For me and my personal experience, after all these years and trying so many things that did not work, Dr. Bill and his treatments have made my life so much better. I am back to my old self with my back feeling great again and I am no longer living with back pain. We had great snow this winter and it was the first time in so many years that I got to really enjoy lots of ski days and without back pain. I found Dr. Bill and his staff to be kind, knowledgeable and friendly, and they always took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. The Doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number to call him anytime, even nights or weekends, if something came up or I had any questions or concerns. I have never had a doctor give out his cell phone number. Pretty cool. Because of my experience with Dr. Cimikoski, I have been happy to recommend him and his office and I will continue to do so. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cimikoski and his team a few months ago. I stopped by the office today and since there weren't any clients, I decided to take some pictures. They have quite a variety of equipments and models to better assist you. I'm not sure I've met all of the staff members but I'm positive they're just as friendly and professional. Went for bioidentical hormones and no results went back in to see what may have been the cause dr recommended another treatment and said it would be free since the 1st treatment didn't work. I keep getting a bill from them for this so called free treatment and they keep saying they cleared it to zero and I get another bill. Scammy!!!! Still no results either! read more

Do NOT go here.. I left with a chemical burn that will take months if not years to heal.. if it even can be healed without leaving permanent damage. When I showed them photos their physician on staff claimed it was just an allergic reaction to the numbing cream and should clear up with Benadryl in 3-4 days. I've had numbing cream multiple times and have not once had a reaction. That is not the case I have since had 3 doctors confirm I have A 2nd degree chemical burn, All of which have been shocked by the negligence of this place. I was suppose to compete in a pageant in 10 days, That I have Already invested $10,000 in. Coming here was the biggest mistake of my life. I will Post my skin before in photos as well. I absolutely love Dr. Bill and team! They are my go to for Botox, filler, and laser hair removal. I always enjoy going in and chatting with the staff. They make you feel comfortable and also make you look and feel so much better. They make the procedures as painless as possible. I have been to a couple different doctors for injections but Dr. Bill is the best. They have specials and that's when I purchase all my filler and Botox. We were very impressed with the doctor and his explanations and we had great expectations and hopes that the stem cell injections would help my 86-year-old husband's knees. The keyword is his age - but the doctor assured us he could be helped with the injections. I did not think the staff was very professional. They seemed unaware Of their own schedule and we even came for a scheduled appointment and the doctor was not there. After over a year--and $9000 later -there has been no follow up from the doctors office. They seem to have all of these statistics but we can't imagine where they would get them from because they have no follow up. He/they seem to care about getting the patients and the money but that's all! I even wrote the doctor a personal letter expressing these sentiments and he didn't even bother to reply in any manner. $9000 is a lot for a senior, retired man! - With no results whatsoever! Many of his other doctors suggested that he not waste his money because this treatment is in its infancy, but we were foolish enough to do it. Sorry we wasted our time, money, and pain. Could just as well have had water injected! Would have been a lot cheaper! read more

I have been in a lot of medical facilities in my lifetime. Utah Stem Cells is at the top of my list of honest, reliable and reasonably priced facilities. I went there to have a Stem Cell treatment of my lower back and to have bio-Identical hormones inserted. Virtually every person staffing the office was professional, friendly and obviously well trained to know their jobs. Dr. Cimikoski himself is a total gentleman. He seemed genuinely interested and concerned about my questions and condition. Never during my time there did I ever feel rushed. The only issue I have with this facility is that it is a long way from where I live but of course, going to a facility that far from my home was my choice...a choice I would make again. Too early to evaluate how the stem cell treatment impacted my back problem but, I will say that I truly believe I am on my way to a much better condition than I was in before the treatment. I will update this review when more time has passed. The bio-identical hormones I can evaluate. REMARKABLE!! In just over a month since insertion, my energy level has improved to a surprising extent. I have been getting MUCH better workouts and have started to burn fat and put on more muscle mass. Also, my libido has gotten fired up to the point that I am wondering how it could have ever been stronger. Allow me to be blunt. I am 66 years old and I now wake every morning with a strong erection!!! That is something I have not done for many years. Having tried gels, supplements and patches, I decided try this with the greatest amount of pessimism. I purchased 6 laser hair removal treatments through Groupon for my 15-year-old daughter who has PCOS and a lot of hair on her neck. The first session was fine a little rushed and the nurse seemed annoyed, but I just brushed it off. Then a couple of days before her next appointment I received a call from the office telling me that their laser was broken and they had to cancel my daughter's appointment. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule once the laser was fixed. It was understandable, however, when I hadn't heard back from anyone for over 3 weeks I thought it a little odd. I work in a doctors office that does laser procedures and if our laser is broken we have it fixed within the week. I decided to call and see if I could set up an appointment for myself to get laser hair removal. I called the office on a Thursday and set up an appointment for the following Friday. There wasn't any mention of the broken laser. I called back that week to cancel my appointment and mentioned my daughter who had never been contacted about rescheduling but I was able to make an appointment for myself! Bottomline, they didn't want to honor the Groupon I had purchased for my daughter! I think they are a terrible office and would NEVER go back!! read more
