Using a promo I had the full body laser hair removal done. I have black hair (Asian descent) and I have PCOS which can impact hair growth. I got some pretty amazing results - I'd say about 99%! I find a thickish hair here or there, but so unnoticeable! I think taking advantage of their special promos is the way to go - I referred my partner and we both got a credit! I chose to laser my: full legs, Brazilian, abdomen, ariolas, fingers, toes, behind the neck, sideburns, around the brow and uni, upper lip, cheeks, along the jawline, underarms. I saw a few different aestheticians, but once I had an appt with Micah he became my person (I'm one of those people that once I find my person, I only go to them haha). I absolutely loved him - so friendly, professional, and thorough! Lasering is a little spicy, but so worth the minimal pain. When we were getting closer to the final sessions, the spice does get spicier so I took ibuprofen before the appt to minimize the pain. They have little squeeze balls so you can def ask for one - they help lol. I highly recommend laser hair removal. It can be an expense, but overall in the time and money saved from not having to constantly wax or shave - priceless! Also going through terrible pain every month waxing. I saw Brittany at spa Trouve. My first appointment went great. She helped me get massive Botox and I was overall really happy with my experience there. She is a very warm and engaging person, and when she suggested PRP treatment for my under eye, I really felt like I was in good hands. Unfortunately, it's been about three days since getting it, and my undereyes have been completely botched . She overfilled my under eyes to the point where my under eyes are literally bagging down. It looks like I am a grandma, my skin is crepey and stretched out. At this point, I'm gonna need to have a full blepheroplasty to correct it. I literally look in the mirror throughout the day and just start crying because it's so devastating the way that my face was botched. Just awful sagging skin under my eyes that I never had prior to the appointment. I am devastated that I allowed her to touch my face. Please be so so careful when scheduling with these guys, they ruined my face and might do the same to you. Edit: Update: I did quite a bit of research in some skin care groups, and the general consensus is, if the plasma is injected too superficially, it causes bagging of the skin on top and stretching of the skin on top, I think that is what happened in my case. Several people have reported that getting PRF/PRP done too superficially has also contributed to their eyebags. I have been using snail mucin to try and tighten up my skin, but this is definitely not a procedure I would ever get done again. read more

I recently cancelled my membership here after dumping all of my points on cheek and lip fillers just to be able to do so and I'm not sure if having road rash on your face after having your cheeks done is a normal thing since it's my first time(I understand bruising is) but omg it hurts and my cheeks look no different! A friend recommended Spa Trouvé to me so I decided to check it out. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the receptionists on the phone were very friendly and happy to answer any questions. When I stepped into the spa for my appointment, the front desk staff were all very welcoming, the studio is also very neat and clean. However, when I was brought back to the room and met the injector, I did not feel welcomed there. The injector did not introduce herself, so I don't even know her name. There were three staff in the room but no one introduced themselves or their roles. One staff was talking to the injector about personal events and I felt that was completely unprofessional, especially when a new client has already stepped into the room. I scheduled a consult and injection, I was hoping to obtain more information since it was my first injection. However, the injector was very cold and answered all questions very short and abruptly. My first laser hair removal experience ever! So glad I found Spa Trouve - learned about them through Groupon of all places but when I looked into more of what they offered, I wanted to know more. Ultimately I ended up not getting the Groupon deal because the spa was having a better sale of their own for Black Friday - 50% off monthly memberships for laser hair removal! I went in for a consultation to make sure this was the right place for me, as well as the right candidate. During the consultation they will tell you everything you need to know - all the do's and don'ts. You can ask questions and see how their technology works. After the consultation you sign up for one of their memberships, depending on what procedure you will have done. It's an 18 month contract, but you pay monthly. They also have deals for a "pay in full discount". For the bikini/Brazilian area the monthly membership is normally $80, but with Black Friday I got it for $40/month. Overall it will cost about $720 which isn't bad these days for laser hair removal (compared to my friend who got her legs/Brazilian done back in 2013 at a different company and it cost here $3000!). Staff is very professional and the rooms are clean. The actual process of laser hair removal feels like tiny pin pricks all along your skin, but with their cool air blowing thing (don't know what it's called), it doesn't hurt that bad. Yes, some parts hurt worse than others but overall not bad. Getting a tattoo and getting my eyebrows threaded hurt worse for me, for comparison. Yes, you feel exposed flashing your pussy to another lady, but trust me, they're used to it and they're pros & licensed for this. Just think of it like taking your car into a body shop - same thing for your hair removal. If you can get past the idea of a stranger looking at your junk, then it's not an issue at all. They do give you a small towel to cover up other areas as they work. I've only had one session done so far (for a Brazilian it takes 12-14), but I can't wait for the results! read more

The fact that this place is in business is absolutely SICKENING. I still don't have the words to describe this place-it was the most appalling, abominable experience. It is the most lookist, conceited, atrocious spa i have EVER encountered. The employees are VISCOUS. 99% of the people working here are the most horrible human beings I have ever encountered. They are mean, cliquey, snotty, entitled and rudest employees I have ever been witness to. I can't even describe it. This spa had a vibe so horrific it made me sick to my stomach. I should've listened to my intuition. Dark evil energy lives in this establishment. I have such regret ever going here. The girls who i saw here were so mean. They dismissed me and were not friendly. They were also badmouthing another coworker at the front desk. YIKES. They acted like they were so above me, made a comment regarding how a certain treatment was expensive and implied that I couldn't afford it- excuse me!?!? I couldn't believe the way they were treating me. How are they still in business!?!? No way people tolerate the treatment they gave me. The manager was also horrendous. So fake, said the rudest things to me(does she think it's okay to be mean if you say it in a nice voice???), was so condescending and actually made me leave in tears. I could go on and on about her. There will never be enough words to explain her unprofessionalism, ill mannered attitude. Who does she think she is? Having someone like that represent your business is a HUGE mistake. That girl needs to go to therapy. The way she treated me left me feeling like crap for weeks, feel self conscious, and have anxiety for weeks. no one deserves that! On top of the horrible customer service, this place is such a scam. They show off all these deals- but make the rules super complicated and go back on their word. I heard multiple people voice their frustrations all in the 15 minutes i was in the waiting area. Unbelievable! Should've been a warning sign-but it is so deceiving!! Smoke and mirrors. It looks all cute and fabulous but it's all a show, a sham. It is a horrific place and I feel it my civic duty to warn others. There is SO many better places to go support, where the workers are kind and genuine and the prices are reasonable and the vibe makes you happy and leave feeling better- not to have you leave with a dark feeling and have yourself devastated. This is a nightmare in all areas. DONT GO HERE! Save yourself money, being shamed for no reason and a ginormous headache. I wish I could go back but i can't so i'm posting this to help others. I was so upset for weeks that when I remembered my experience here I would just burst into tears. Had a horrible experience here. They upsell you on things every chance they get in very sneaky ways so you don't even know you're being sold something else until you go up front. They definitely don't put the customer first and the ONLY thing they care about is getting you in and out and getting money. I paid so much for a facial that was not good at all. Critical: Professionalism The lady who did my chemical peel was phenomenal however the front desk clerk ruined my whole experience! I booked while they were offering a package for $100, when i came in discussed pricing and after my chemical peel, after rediscussing pricing the front desk lady told me my total was $150, I questioned it and she said well they couldn't offer the $100 package, she was hoping I'd just pay and not notice the increase. I feel like its extremely dishonest not to discuss that the offer wasn't available before asking for payment. She could have discussed the difference prior, not even acknowledging that they wouldn't offer it until i questioned it is not ok. I asked just to get the current special instead which is 30% off chemical peels making it the chemical peel only $70, she then told me that the facial i got wasn't a chemical peel, so it didnt qualify. Waited and spoke to the manager, she resolved that it is a chemical peel, they just changed the name in the system and i could get the 30% off. This place has potential but not with the front clerk they have. I wont be coming back!! And I was planning on more chemical peels and a photo facial. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I had a procedure done by Kaycee with cara assisting. It was the first procedure I'd ever really done. And it was an amazing experience. Cara was with me even during the consult, she was so good with advice and all of the questions I had. And Kaycee was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so comfortable.
