Co-owned by Heather Gay herself. Ever since I first laid eyes upon that beautifully chaotic fever dream known as The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, I have dreamed of entering this establishment. And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. She added botox into my under jaw and a platysmal band which the amonth she did was not affective. It cost around $700. I called to inform them that the botox was not working after day 5. They then said to wait two weeks. I then had to go out of town. I booked the botox prior to traveling. They would not touch up or be flexible with my travel dates. I was not home for three more weeks. I then informed them the botox still was not working. The manager would do nothing at this point. I felt very uncomfortable and at a loss. It was humiliating that they made me confront my scenario many times. I wish this feeling on no one. I would not use the sugar house office with the unflexible management. There was not credit in my account or anything. Just glares and fake smiles from management as they consumed and took my money and would not even retouch. Do not trust this office. They treat people like banks or another number and do not deliever or make you happy. Clients happiness and customer care should be number one priority.

He had recently moved his practice here. Made an appt and saw him at UCS. It was a comfortable environment. Spacious exam rooms, a robe vs hospital gown for the exam and excellent and informative staff & nurses. After the appt surgery was scheduled for the next morning. The surgical suite belongs to the clinic was attached to it. I'm a former pre-op nurse and know how most hospitals do this process. Not here though - comfortable room, sitting in a chair instead laying on a gurney, not just a hospital gown but a robe also. After surgery I woke up in a comfortable recovery room with a pleasant & knowledgable nurse. 4 hrs after I arrived I was on my way home. I felt well taken care of & pampered. I recommend Dr Kunkel as a personable, outstanding physician surrounded by an excellent staff. PS: pampering is good too - even for a guy

A very nice nurse came in and took my stats and asked me some probing questions about why I was there, and what my expectations were. She was so nice, and informative and said the Dr would be in shortly to talk to me about pros and cons of the surgery I was think of having. Dr Rueben came in and examined me. We had a nice chat about what the surgery would entail, and the pros and cons. I didn't fill rushed, and he answered my questions in depth. The nurse came back in with two price options. I could go home and think about it, or I could book surgery now, since he is booked several months out. There is a $500 deposit to book a date. I decided to think about scheduling a date right now since this is an elective surgery, and it needs to be paid in full before any surgery will be performed.
