Conversations abound and upbeat music is playing. It's not bad necessarily, but if you want a peaceful treatment, you'll be disappointed. Also, make note of the location. This one is in the strip mall next to Macy's. I first went across the street to another address where there are two separate locations (so three total), which can be confusing. Overall, if you want a facial on a budget and are ok with a communal space that isn't very quiet, this will be fine for you.
