I've seen this place all over social media & have been so curious to try this place! For $20 it was a pretty good facial & there were way more steps than I expected!! Even though you are in a shared space with about 8 other people getting facials at the same time, I still found it relaxing. Just know there will be people talking & people passing by during your service. Cashlee was my esthetician & she was amazing!! She was very thoughtful & asked if any of my piercings were tender, & I actually recently just gotten my ears pierced so she was careful with the headband. she also noticed I had lash extensions & made sure to ask if I wanted to skip the steam & hot towel over my eyes, which I really appreciated! My skin afterwards was super glowy & hydrated!! Definitely recommend getting a facial here, it's worth it.

My sister-in-law and my niece both go to K-Ari for facials. I was visiting Salt Lake City and they told me it's really hard to get in so a few days before we left, I booked an appointment. When I arrived it was a little confusing, there are two doors, one sign. To the left was a bright pink room where I believe they reserve for young children parties or for brides to be with their bridal party. On the other side, there's small reception area with 3 chairs and their products along the wall. There were quite a few people in line, and phone ringing to make appointments. Only one person in front so I waited for 10 minutes to check in. Once I was taken back to the rooms I realized I was going to be in a room with three chairs. I was in the middle and there were two women one on either side getting their facials. TBH, is the first time I've been to an skin salon where there were multiple people in the same room, which is one reason I did not give five stars! I didn't like the woman to the right of me talking the whole time and her phone ringing three times, it was not relaxing and that shouldn't be permitted. However; I did enjoy my facial and I like the product I bought after the facial. If I'm ever back in the Salt Lake area, I'll definitely book another facial there. The price is unbelievable for what you get, which is why it's so busy and popular! I think the whole thing including product cost me $65 out the door and my skin looks a lot better. I just didn't like the multi-use room with the phone ringing, it should be more tranquil and relaxing.

$20 facial you can't beat that price and it's a great one with amazing products. I did an extraction add on for $10 and I felt so relaxed after. Products are all reasonably priced to so a great way to pamper yourself without breaking the bank. Highly recommend!

Huge fan! The staff is super attentive, kind, and helpful! The overall aesthetic is stunning. I love how clean and luxurious both locations are. The estheticians are well trained and so sweet. I love how they talk/teach about the skincare treatment and answer any questions I have during the service. Best $20 I've ever spent and I will always tip/ buy their product recommendations. This is clearly your sign that you should go. I've gone at least 10 times a this point.

Akin with Zac will leave you behind satisfied. This K-Ari is a joke.

This was the worst experience for a facial ever! Let me explain my experience I got a higher price facial and I was in a room with 3 people. Nothing was relaxing about it. They left the door open and the light was shining in my face. The music was some kind of indie dance music. Nothing like a relaxing spa music. I had to listen to the other customers problems cause she was talking the entire time. This is not the environment for a facial. It was stressful to be part of listening to their problems. Now for the facial. My entire facial smelled like latex. And it was latex gloves all over my face. This ruined the experience for sure. It felt so mechanical and industrial. I think you should ask the customer if they mind gloves and if not give us a choice to book with an employee that doesn't wear them. They brought another person to the room but realized there was not a bed free and then took her back out to sit in the front. My an aesthetician had to leave the room five times to get something which left me waiting during that time. This was far from relaxing. I could hear the girls talking shop in that middle room between the front desk and my room. And the massage was latex gloves pulling on my hair. Again a terrible experience. I will tell you where to get an amazing facial. Click on this link. I went there for my last facial and yes it more expensive however I left so happy and got so much info on otc products that are affordable that work just as good. For that education alone it was worth it. Now I know how to take care of my facial on a budget with stellar quality. He wasn't trying to Price gouge at the end. No he armed me with knowledge. So now I have $ on products and spend that money on his facials. I tried Kari cause the price. This place is literally a truck stop drive through for a quicky non specialized facial. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8Cr3bfH/ https://www.zgskin.com/ This man is amazing! Just look at his skin! You will not be disappointed like I was with K-Ari skincare.

The facial was more than just relaxing, it included SO many different treatment modalities that I was super impressed with. You can just tell that Dr Cope is super knowledgable and is so much more than just an injector. It really paid off having a real dermatoligist treat me. Can't wait to go back for more treatments in the future.

Ok I debating writing this for a while. It's been almost 6 months. So I feel like I've sat on it…read moreand really have collected my thoughts on what I have to say. Let me start off by saying he has 5 star reviews on google. Nothing on here. So take that what you will. I came to dr cope for Botox, my masseters, and skin issues. I've had many Botox appointments. It's nothing new to me. I used to get my Botox done in Orange County by the best of the best. But then I moved sadly. I liked that he kind of told me what he had in mind. I just told him my issues and then he did what he willed with it. He used an injection that's new (and hella expensive) if I had a choice I would have wanted dysort but that wasn't an option. Neither was Botox. I can't even remember what I was charged price per unit but it has been the most I've ever paid EVER. In my whole life for that treatment. It last 2 months before I had full movement of my face. I can usually stretch it to 6 months. Every injector I've been to has put numbing cream on my face. This was just free Willy. Straight into poking me. It was so painful. I've never had it hurt that bad. My girl in California told me, if they are marking up your face with a marker you're not going to a good injector. My horror when the marker was taken out and mapped out on my face where to place the injections. I was told I have melasma... it was left over spray tan. My last dermatologist was going to do a laser treatment on me and dr cope said no laser for the face since I have melasma that it could cause further pigmentation. I also had a prescription to tretinoin from my last dermatologist. Dr cope said he had something better. My insurance was literally paying for my prescription so imagine my frustration when I was upsold HARD on the skin care line they carry. I paid 100 dollars for a cream that I feel doesn't come close to my tretinoin. I didn't want to write this review because he really is the nicest person. The office is the nicest and cleanest. But the longer time has gone one the more I feel other people should know. You don't have to pay out the nose for injections and sold hard on a skin care treatment. I want to say I paid 1,500 out the door. I might be a 200 off but it was in that ballpark. it was absolutely shocking for what was done and what I paid and it not lasting nearly as long.

The thing that makes Kelly so special (besides her sincere, caring personality and ability to make every appointment a fun memory) is that she's a perfectionist. And that's exactly what you want in an injector or anything involving the face. Before Kelly, I'd had Botox one single time. In the 5 years I was a customer, I had multiple procedures and regular Dysport injections and what I believe was IPL treatments. I've had the same procedures done since moving to my new home and I've been disappointed every time. Kelly is a pro. She knows what she's doing and I trust her implicitly. The only thing I miss about Utah is literally La Belle Vie Spa and Kelly's care. I highly recommend this spa for whatever you're looking to enhance or change altogether!

My first experience with Glo was through a Groupon. I had an issue and the owner reached out and…read moregraciously offered me a redo with my session. Ever since, I've booked over 10 treatments (mainly microneedling + hydra facial) and am obsessed with the Sanitas line, especially the honey cleanser. I recommend their Glo Signature facial, and they also have the Utah truffles for you to snack on your way out! My skin has improved for the better with the microneedling, and I hope they will have more facial lasers in the future! The vibe feels great, calming and after trying other places near home, I think I'll still make the 30 min trek to see Jennifer and Jaymie!

I was soo excited to come here and get a facial- I have never had one before and heard great…read morethings. I booked a "Glo Hydrate" facial ($180) and left feeling extremely disappointed. In the beginning she pushed for me to upgrade to their signature, I didn't want micro needling and because of that I felt she was annoyed the whole time. She didn't do many of the things listed in the description of the facial including LED light therapy or a choice between a customized hydro jelly mask or enzymatic peel (I THINK I got the mask but wasn't told and it definitely was not "customized"). There was no mention of dermaplaning as an option like in the description. The extractions also lasted literally 2 minutes. When explaining the signature, she said the only difference was the first 10 mins of the hour was microneedling and then it was a glo hydrate facial, making it seem like a hydrate facials takes around 50 mins. I arrived early for my appointment and the entire thing took barely 30 mins- my appointment was at 2pm and I was out the door by 2:35. Half the facial was also spent trying to sell me on coming back regularly and doing their program and purchasing the products, it all felt very impersonal and salesy. Maybe it was just who I got but I would not spend the money and go there if I were you.
