Krystal was kind and communicative prior to the message and I asked for medium pressure and it was perfect. I had booked the basic pedicure for 30 minutes after my massage for a buffer but they asked if I wanted it back to back and I did and they made sure it was ok if I was a minute or two late because of getting dressed which was wonderful. I even asked if I could last minute upgrade to the next level pedicure to have a full hour and they were happy to accommodate that as well. My pedicure with Janessa was fantastic as well!
