I said "well a school ID wouldn't have her age, and the girl last time said she could tan when she turned 13". She said "you need to bring her BIRTH CERTIFICATE..."To get a spray tan? Are you kidding me? Also the fact that she wasn't even sure what age she needed to be and said she had to check with her manager but then never did.... I requested three months in a row to have membership cancelled- the phone number wasn't working for a few weeks- the owner claimed there was no way to email the cancellation form, which is impossible- if a business has a form typed up through any forum it is ALWAYS available to email. I was double charged on the 10th of the month when membership is supposed to come out on the first- I finally just had to change my card number altogether because Kim will not stop charging me. Add insult to injury my financial institution informed me that it is NOT a recurring charge- meaning she is pushing those charges through manually. She is knowingly taking peoples money for no reason.
