I've come here a handful of times over the past few years whenever it's a special occasion and my preferred lash artist is booked out. I hate being a bummer with a 2-star review, but 3-star is meant to be an average studio and to me, the experience has been below-average. Every single time, the lashes fall out early and it's not because of the natural lash cycle- when I find the loose lashes, there's no natural lash attached. So I know it's not because of my lashes naturally falling off over time. The glue here doesn't seem to match the quality I've found at other studios. Another important point with this studio is that they do not put a lash extension on every single lash. I think they must have some set number of lash extensions they'll use per eye- it doesn't matter if you have way more lashes if it's above their limit. I've noticed that they're not the studio where you can feel the artist slowly comb through your lashes to make sure they didn't miss any lashes. So for me, they tend to look fine for the first few days, but after that they look pretty sparse and I end up paying extra to get them professional removed and then I regret coming all over again. There's many glowing reviews for this studio so I may just be an unlucky customer, but I also noticed that they seem to have a lot of fake reviews being weeded out by Yelp. If you scroll down to the very bottom and click on the "X reviews not currently recommended", there's certain date ranges where tons of five-star reviews pour in (such as in August 2019) and the profiles only have 1 or 2 reviews. Obviously, these got flagged by Yelp already, but if that's a sign that this business is willing to compromise for clearly fake reviews, then it just makes me cautious about some of the other reviews on here. read more

I wanted to like this place, everyone is very nice but unfortunately I think they are all inexperienced. It takes way too long first of all, and then you get up after being so uncomfortable in those chairs just to walk away with very few lashes. I asked for volume each time and got less than classic and on top of that they fall out within the first few days which makes it look like I did't even get my lashes done at all! Monica is incredible with lashes and I have literally never seen my lashes look this good. I thought I was getting the best treatment in Florida, but I was totally wrong! Booking an appointment was super easy and you can do it online. I sat down and closed my eyes and let Monica get to work. I was in for a full set so I sat in the chair for probably an hour and a half. The whole experience is really relaxing and Monica plays really serene music so it's hard not to fall asleep! But if you do happen to catch some Z's while sitting in the chair, you'll wake up with the most eye-popping lashes ever! Prices are reasonable here and are comparable with other studios. I paid more to get my lashes done by Monica, but I didn't mind since she was so good and was so friendly. My lashes have held up incredibly well and I'm looking forward to going back next week for my fill! read more

I'm extremely disappointed with the service and customer service that this place offers. I went to have work done and drove all the way to the place to try to find the location and no one answered. The technician then calls me and doesn't even realize they have two different phone numbers associated with the company. They have a yelp number and the lash technician has their own number that's not even listed. After speaking with the Technician, who called me from a different number (40 minutes after the call). She asked if I wanted to make another appointment after I couldn't get a hold of her. She never mentioned she would charge me considering the building is tricky to find and she didn't even realize that the number posted on Yelp was a different number than hers. On top of just don't make the call to see if a person is coming 40 minutes later. If you're going to have a phone number on Yelp and accept appointments please make sure the phone numbers match. Also have the decency on the phone to let this be known that you're still going to make the charge anyway after you decided to call 40 minutes later to confirm if the customer was making the appointment. Canceling charges makes since for no shows that don't show up and that have made no contact before their appointment. Also, keep in mind I'm being charged $77 days after the service was supposed to be done. A huge disappointment and customer service is awful. read more

But when your schedule is a mess and you just can't make it work with her, there are many other wonderful options. These ladies really know their stuff and are committed to quality. UPDATE: I originally posted 2 stars but very soon after posting my review, Monica reached out to make the difference in amending what upset me. She scheduled time for me to come in after she was closed (which was amazing of her to do!) since my work schedule is pretty demanding. When I came in, she asked me details about what was wrong and about my previous visits and apologized while giving me options if I'm ever unsatisfied with their work. She did a complimentary fill on my lashes and did an amazing job. I am definitely impressed and going to be a returning customer. You can't beat that level of amazing service! PREVIOUS : I went here because of the reviews. My first time here, I went in for a hybrid full set. Before, I used to always get volume lashes but wanted to try and tone it down a little. After seeing the results, I decided I would do volume next time because the lashes felt too sparse for my liking ---totally personal preference of mine. So I scheduled a volume fill, knowing over time the classic lashes would have to fall out on their own. Over two weeks between my first and second appointment, I had a huge amount of lashes falling out per day. I've had lashes for years in the past and have never had that issue ---I'm pretty good at taking care of my lashes and would usually only lose about 3-7 lashes a day. But I was losing over ten a day and by the time I was ready for my next appointment, I was wearing mascara again because I didn't feel comfortable without it. But I figured this could have been some weird one-time thing, so I made sure my next appointment was with a different girl. This second visit , I paid for a volume, sat an hour in the chair, and left without getting to see my lashes. I got in the car and was surprised by how sparse they were again. It looks exactly like the hybrid set I originally got, though I paid for a volume. I'm disappointed and frustrated because of the raving reviews about his wonderful this am will be looking to other places. I am not one for bad reviews but I have been into this studio twice now and both times Monica has told me that she wouldn't be able to fully fill in my lashes because she had someone after me. The first time I decided to see what she could do in the time she allotted for our appointment and was completely disappointed in the result. I ended up having to get my eyelashes done somewhere else that SAME week because they were completely bare. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years and have never felt like I wasted my money until this experience since I now had to pay twice in one week to get an acceptable result. The second time I came in here I have to admit was an accident but I made an appointment for 2 weeks out because no other appointments were available. When I showed up, I told Monica about my disappointment last time and she did nothing. When I laid down she again told me that she would not be able to fill my lashes all the way but if I wanted to come back again in a few weeks when an appointment opened up she could do a longer appointment. if your name is LASH METHOD you should be able to give extensions in the time allotted for my appointment or extend your appointment. 60% coverage (which only looks like 20% and is what she said she could do in this short window) is not acceptable for the money paid. I must say..i read the negative reviews that others have left, it was almost similar to mine. Its nice to know that i wasn't the only one that she treated like this. Monica the owner, does have very terrible customer service skills, because she doesn't realize people go out of their way & take the time for her service, she just cancels on them when she feels like it & if you try to talk to her about it, she doesn't want to answer you. I hope people can see, she might do a good job, but watch out, she mite cancel on you at a time you need your lashes the most. Its one thing when she cancels on you & you live in the area, for me at the time, i flew in from California for my appt with her & she cancelled on me. She never talked it out with me, i never understood why she didn't even care. She just made me have an appt with someone else. Customer service is everything in a business, your product or service can be very expensive & people dont like spending alot, but they will if the customer experience is great, they'll always come back. Their will always be someone better then you, monica needs to brush up on her customer service skills before she starts losing her customers.
