I have never had worse polka dot nails. I literally picked up the tool and did my own nail to show them and they still made every other nail so mismatched. polka dots are as simple as a design gets. I called less than 10 minutes after leaving and being overcharged and asked for a polish change ans they said I lied by saying they were ok. they asked if I liked them after 2 hours being stuck there ans I said "sure" so they will not change the color. I have went to silver lash and nails multiple times, and it feels like the prices are going up but the quality is going down. I went on 2/27 and I asked for french tips with white tips. They were $50 and I tipped $10. My nails were so uncomfortable the remainder of the day and the next day. As soon as I left the salon they were so bubbly. I left on vacation the next day and while I was gone noticed my nails started to lift on my cuticles. When I got home 3/3 my pinky nail fell off, and 2 of my other nails feel like they are going to pop off. For $50 I think my nails should last longer than 5 days, and I've never had acrylics pop off this fast when I was just on vacation. Super disappointed. read more

Pro-Tip: When traveling to Utah and you're in the Provo area and need a nail salon on a Sunday! This is it... there are a few that are open but this was the only one in the area that allowed same day appointments/walk-ins. The others were either fully booked and/or didn't allow walk-ins. If you don't know, most businesses (aside from department stores and/or some restaurants) are closed on Sundays in Provo (not sure about Utah in general). So, I came here b/c I had an emergency nail situation that desperately needed attention. The nail tech that helped me out was patient, gentle, and thorough. She did an excellent job! The overall experience in the shop was very soothing. I've been so disappointed the last few times I've come here. I always call and make an appointment. The last about 4 times I've had to wait AT LEAST 30 minutes and while I wait they take walk ins over me. There's never an apology or any type of discount for waiting. Yesterday I waited over 40 minutes and the man who helped me still got up and down and did other things while doing my nails. He made them way too thick. He also cut my finger with one of the nail tools and didn't even apologize. That concerns me as it looked like he didn't even sanitize it before or after using. Not worth one star. I took my Gf her for her birthday as it was the first time she had a pedicure in over a year. She had a medical procedure and wasn't able to do anything of this kind as a result of it. This was a huge special treat for her and for me as I live out of town and rarely see my good friend. Ten minutes in, we are getting started and the staff leaves us for 20mins. No explanation as to why. No one came out to tell us what was going on but because I understand Vietnamese I overheard their was an emergency in the back. Children were left unattended and one of the had hurt themself. The staff returns to finish the pedicures and then left again for another 15mins. No updates as to what was going on. The water was cold, the staff was distracted when they returned and the whole experience was anything but relaxing. They probably spent a total of 15mins on each of us. It was awful. I felt bad for the children who got hurt. We were willing to leave so the staff can attend to what was going on in the back. They insisted we stay but it wasn't worth it. My friend didn't get the color she wanted. The person working on her didn't listen. We should've just left. No compensation was offered for the lack of customer service. No acknowledgement. No discount. We paid the amount and still gave a tip but it was just an awful experience. I even called to see if my friend can get the color she wanted for her pedicure and they owner told me off for inquiring. No bueno. I called today and informed the manager what happened. She wasn't polite or validating to the experience. We chose this place because of two noteworthy referrals, and received the exact opposite of an experience. Will not return. read more

They do a really attentive job and I love that they offer a bunch of unique pedicures (the citrus one comes complete with a skin scrub using actual lemon and orange slices- vitamin C for the skin baby). This was a great pedicure experience! My BFF & I did the lavender pedicure and got gel on our toes. My 12 yr old got classic pedicure with gel on her toes and just polish on her nails. The ladies who helped us were so nice and accommodating. They gave us pretzels, and drinks (water and soda varieties) and really were just so nice and very upbeat. We didn't feel like they were just pushing us out the door and onto the next like some salons. My daughter has cerebral palsy and sometimes her feet turn in has a hard time controlling her hand. However, her nails looked great and the lady helping her was very kind and creative when painting her difficult hand. My daughter says we are sticking with them and I agree! All 3 of us loved it! Then I called ahead and asked if they could squeeze me in to fix my three nails, I got there and waited an hour and then they took the person that walked in behind me in front of me and then told me to come back tomorrow. Honestly one of the nicest pedicures I've ever had. I think it's so unique and so nice that they use real aloe, fresh fruit, shoney and milk in their pedicures. They were so accommodating and friendly and made nice conversation the entire time. My gel pedicure came out so nice and everything I wanted. Brand new, very nice, and very clean! I was surprised I hadn't heard of or seen this salon before because it was so nice but I found out they have only been open a year. Kim did my pedicure and my gel looked perfect and nail care was great too. No cuts, pain or anything. They line each pedicure bowl with plastic liners and all scrubs, masks, etc is prepackaged. My "spa pedicure" also included hot stones which felt amazing. They also offer complimentary drinks and pretzels which is going above and beyond in my opinion. The pedicure menu is fun too, they have their signature as well as lavender, chocolate, citrus, etc. I will definitely be back for my future pedicures! read more

Ive been here multiple times AND bright other ladies here to support their business. I went this last time with my daughter, we got our toes done (gel) and her hands done (gel) and my dip taken off. Normally this all runs me about $70-80 bucks. They charged me $100z I didn't say anything and still added a tip. I was in my car about to leave and these chicks had the nerve to come out to my car and tell me I owed them $20 MORE dollars. Again I didn't even get my hands done! I was shocked and the lady that did my daughters nails didn't even paint them correctly she missed corners. I'm more upset with the way I was treated after going back to this place over 6 times. I simple said I won't be paying the extra money they think I owe and I won't be back. The girl forgot to give me a leg massage. Like didn't even do it. The pedicure is expensive and I got the 2nd cheapest option. My daughter and I got pedicures and a simple nail paint on our hands. $135 later before the tip I was walking out barley satisfied!
