I've been here twice now and really like how thorough they are! I've had Lendy do a full set and now a fill, both times and he has been great! I'm weird and like my gel nails to be "short" according to nail salon standards (I work on the computer and need to make it easy to type) he hasn't pressured me to do them longer, which other places have in the past. I like how he uses the shaping tool, with multiple different filing tools on it. Most places use it like once, he uses it a ton and had 4-5 different attachments to make sure the nails looked great! I like that they hand you a paper receipt, to explain what the charges are for, I like to know the prices! This is definitely becoming my new favorite mail place! Make sure to make an appointment in advance, because they are always busy, so walk-ins are welcome, but you may not get in. read more

This is a nice clean facility with good prices. My daughter was very excited to go to the nail salon for the first time ever today and the employees were very kind to her. We made an appointment and they got us in right on time. We just did the most basic nail painting thing they offer. For me it was $10. It was basically just nail file and paint so super simple. It was fine - nothing to complain about, nothing to rave about haha but I knew what I was paying for. The lady painting my nails was very careful and nice. For kids it's $7. I was a little bummed that they charged an extra $1 per paint color for the kids. My daughter wanted colorful nails so with each nail a different color it was $5 extra dollars. I thought that was a little excessive. Anyways, it's a good priced facility that isn't a luxury place but it's nice enough and I will continue to go there and reccommend it to people. read more

I've been coming here recently just switching from another local nail salon. I am super impressed with Nails 21. I appreciate the quality of nail and pedicure services they offer. I appreciate that I've made an appointment and they actually try and stick with their schedules. That's why I recently switched from the other nail salon I was going to. Not the worst but definitely not the best. I was served by a mail technician and the experience was unfortunately not pleasant for me. As someone who gets her nails done every two weeks, I know my nails very well and on one of my nails I told him it appeared to me that the placed nail was crooked and he told me, "sorry, that's how your finger is." Like I said, I get my nails done every two weeks and have never been told that nor visibly noticed that my finger nail was out of place. I asked if they singular nail could be fixed and he grunted and was frustrated about my request. I wanted to try this establishment because of the great reviews, cheaper prices, and my normal tech was filled until Monday. This is the perfect example for me that "You Get what you pay for." I'm so bummed because I was so excited from the reviews and some other clients nails looked so good! Unfortunately, I won't be returning in the future. I am extremely hesitant to leave bad reviews but this experience was so bad. I wish I would've gotten the name of the girl who did my pedicure because my bad review was simply about her. I can't leave a bad review about the salon in general, but I can about her. She was the rudest person I've ever met. I was there for a pedicure with my mom for her birthday and my tech was talking the whole time (in a different language) SOOOO loudly my mom and I could not hear each other talking. She was talking to someone clear across the room in a volume that reflected the distance. Extremely loud. Extremely rude. The entire time. There was zero social awareness. Not only that, when it came time to put a mask on my feet and a warm towel around it. She slapped the blue paste on the top of my feet and didn't even bother to spread it out before she covered it with a towel.. I watched the tech who did my mom's feet and she appropriately massaged the mask into her skin before applying the hot towel. My girl was clueless, lazy & rude. When it came time for the polish, she applied the topcoat so thick it began to sag and puddle on the side of my toenail. When I asked her if she could fix that, she responded rudely and in the end, couldn't even fix it. It was that bad. She had to take it off and do it again. The entire hour we were there, she was carrying on a more than full volume conversation with zero consideration for her clients. In the end, we had to sit there silently because we couldn't hear each other speaking over her. I will never go back. Worst pedicure experience I've ever had. read more

My pedicure was done in less than 10 minutes, I did not even get to sit with my feet in the water at all. Literally one of the worst manicures I've ever received. The lady was too busy talking and laughing with her coworkers to pay attention to what she was doing. Good experience--my new "go to" place! A friend and I had pedicures this morning here and were impressed. The decor was clean and modern, the massage chairs were GREAT, each of us were given complimentary bottled water, our shoes were bagged, AND each technician wore white lab-type coats and gloves, as well as real smiles. The techs only talked between themselves when my friend and I began to talk to each other. We both had the "Deluxe Pedicure", which includes hot stone leg massage and foot mask with hot towel. There was another girl who initially set me up at first, kept giving me attitude and rolling her eyes. Been back and loved it just as much!! Loved this place!! Called to see if I could get a pedicure right then, they were able to see me 20 mins later. Not bad for last minute. They were busy and polite when I arrived. I chose my nail polish and then sat down at the chair. The associate was finishing another pedicure but got my water started and my massage chair turned on. Waited about 7 minutes for her to finish the other pedicure. Didn't bother me because I was there to relax anyway. She was very thorough and even went back to file my foot more when she realized it was still a little rough. Polish looks good. Didn't talk too much to me but again, I really didn't mind because I just wanted to relax. Chairs were clean, tubs looked clean and newer. Lots and lots of polish options. I absolutely love getting my toes done. The hot stones, the foot and leg massages, the cheese grater taking 3 inches off of my height. Nails 21 is my go to place. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an amazing pedicure and/or manicure. However this time was a disappointment. I went with 3 of my friends and we all felt super rushed. One of the things we paid for (and honestly is my favorite part), the cheese grater/callus remover, they completely skipped over. We were all talking and didn't realize it until it was too late. As they were in the middle of our pedicures, a large group came in, this is when things started getting rushed. The massage was not as long as it usually is, my hot stone treatment, was short as well. When it came time to paint my toes, he rushed through it, making mistakes and having to go back and clean up. I'm not going to say they did a bad job, but they are they are BIGGEST con-artists I've ever been to. When my daughter and I walked in they said mine would be $50 and that my daughters would be $45 with 20% off. I told her I wanted blue with snowflakes she then told me it would cost $5 for any extra design. (That's $10$ for two of the crappiest snow flakes on my fingers, then I told her I wanted coffin shape nails she told me that would cost an extra $10 for shaping them. Then I told her I wanted my toes painted (not a pedicure) just painted I got red with white stripes. She did my big toe and when I told her I wanted all of them striped she said that would cost $5 more dollars. By the time she was done with me she told me it would be $65+tax and the 20% off she was supposed to taken off the top of my daughters price she didn't and charged me $65 for her too. FOR MY LITTLE GIRL WHO JUST HAD HER NAILS PAINTED.. where's the 20% off!? I was fuming. As I walked out after I paid, I told the girl "all that $5 add on's (which totaled $25+)because she charged my daughter for every stripe, the 20% she didn't take off, plus the money you charged me to do the coffin tip.... COUNT THOSE FOR YOUR TIP!! She added $50 in "add on's. My total was approximately $140!!! I have never paid that much to get mine and my daughters nails done in my life. It's my fault. Normally I go to the nail spa, but they were booked. Next time I'll just wait for the nail spa to have a opening because I will NEVER go back to this SHIT EATIN HOLE IN THE WALL!! My girlfriend and I were on our way to a nail salon and they were closed. So we looked up a place and nail 21 came up. There were some good reviews and some not so good. But we went anyways. We were welcomed with a smile asked to pic outer color. The Tec's that we had were very nice. The hot stone and the massage was great. She was great about making my heals soft for me. She even asked me at the end if I liked what she had done. It was a perfect place for my girlfriend and I to go to. I will for sure be coming back. She even bagged my shoes for me. She was very friendly, we chatted while having my nails french manicured and the best part was that she was a great listener and attentive to my preferences for my nails. She did them just the way I like them. Thank you Angie for your "great" customer service attitude! Thankfully I came here because they revived my nail experience. It was so clean & nice. My nail lady (I had the same girl both times) was so kind & patient with me. Even when I wasn't sure what I wanted & was indecisive. I just went 2 days ago & they even gave me a pen with peppermint, chocolate candy since it's almost Christmas. I showed it to the salon attendedant several times so that they knew exactly what I wanted. Feeling sad after seeing such great reviews about this place I thought I would give it a try. Well I was very disappointed. The lady I got was very unfriendly. Only said about three words to me and even when I tried to talk to her She just said nothing. She did a very rushed job. She had my full set done in about 15 min. It was so sloppy. She packed the acrylic on way too thick and its way uneven everywhere. I was then left under a dryer for 35 min. Probably would have been longer but I got sick of waitingand got up and asked someone else If they could take my payment. I will defiantly be going somewhere else to get them filled and fixed.
