Made an appointment for my daughter and I at 6:15--didn't get started till 7. I normally wouldn't mind but it's hard keeping a kid entertained during that long of a wait--which is why I made an appointment. Oh well, we showed up early so the extra, EXTRA long wait was partially my fault. Once I got sat in a chair they started to fill it and then walked away and forgot about me. Sure, the interior is beautiful and brand new. My daughters and I have been here twice. The first time my nail polish peeled off that evening on one finger and it just got worse throughout the week. I gave the place a second chance and let them know what happened. They took none of the blame and simply said that I didn't let it dry long enough. (I don't have control over when the manicurist tells me to take my hand out or put it in. I just follow the directions. I'm not the expert.) This second time my nail started popping up within two days. I am really upset about this after spending all of that money. On another note, my daughter asked for her nails to be shorter, and the woman who is doing her nails, convinced her not to shorten her nails. Lo and behold when I go to pay for my daughter's nails, there is an extra fee for length. I definitely don't recommend this nail salon at all! read more

I really wanted to love this place!!! I have went twice 1st time my gel polished peeled on day 1...which they fixed. My second visit my hubby and I went for a pedi and as the guy was cutting my cuticles he cut me...fairly deep cut. Then someone comes over and puts some chemical which I now think was glue to stop the bleeding. This was painful, and at the end there wasn't even a discount for this incident. I WILL NEVER GO BACK my toe is now infected. Gorgeous inside but quality is terrible. stick to luxury or Ivy folks. read more

I got GelX done on my nails. Kent, who was working on my nails, was clearly not trained in GelX and should not have been doing them. I was very clear, direct, while being kind- and you could tell it bothered him that I did not like my nails. He also filed my cuticles so poorly that I was bleeding. I kindly asked him to redo a few of my nails because there was so much gel product out on that they were bumpy/lumpy and uneven. Even after asking to have them redone- they still look horrible. I would not recommend this place to anyone for GelX or a good Manicure in general. read more

My pedicure was great. A very nice man did a great job. But I was very unhappy with my dip manicure. She chewed my nails and cuticles with her electric nail file. Didn't take the time to remove my other dip before the new one without using the electric file. I have several sore spots on my cuticles read more

Went to get a pedicure, asked for a specific way meaning straight line on french tip. The girl completely ignored me and continued to do a curve. When I asked again she continued to ignore me. Then the other workers tried to tell her she called for the manager pulled attitude and then continued speaking in her language all moody. Making it very awkward. The manager did come fix it and was super nice. She never tried to talk which also makes it awkward. Vin was working on the my friend and was extremely nice and did a great job. I would highly recommend him. I didn't get the girl who was moody wish I did. Hopefully you don't get her. read more
