I have been coming here for years, and even after moving up to salt lake, I still drive an hour one way to come to Bonny Nails to get my nails done because no where else can measure up! I haven't gotten my nails done in yearssss but I went to Bonny's and didn't know what to expect! Linda did my nails and she is the sweetest soul on earth! So happy and kind :) She did my nails so efficiently but it didn't feel rushed and she did a really good job. She makes sure you are happy and I had a really good experience and I think it's a fair price! I would get my nails done by Linda again. I went here to get acrylics for my wedding. I had never been before but my sister recommended me to them and said I should ask for Kim. I wish I took a picture of my actual nails because they were the best I've ever had!! My hands looked beautiful and the color was perfect. I didn't know what I wanted and Kim helped me compare colors on my nails until I found the one I wanted. They lasted so long and looked so so good. Totally recommend them! read more

My SIL and I came here to get pedicures a few of weeks ago and her pedicure went well no issues. Mine not so much. When the guy was trimming my toenails he clipped the side of my nail and pulled it out. It made me flinch but I hoped it was nothing. Within the next week a bit of new skin started growing where he had pulled out that piece of nail. It kept getting bigger and I ended up having to go see my uncle who's a podiatrist and have the growth removed. This could be a long term issue if it grows back. I wasn't going to write a review but I wanted to make sure this didn't go unnoticed. It was a major painful inconvenience during my Disney World trip last week (which is why I got a pedicure in the first place) and could have easily been avoided had this guy been more careful. So..... At first I thought it was great.... Loved the service,my nails, and the people there. BUT, not even 5 days after I got my acrylic nails done, one popped off!!! I went in and they put it back on for free, the next day after that another one popped off!!! I decided to just take them all off, and they were so easy to take off!!! Came here with a appointment at 5:45 for 4 mani AND pedis. 1 of our party couldn't come so we go in and it was at least a 15 minute wait, okay no big deal. They sat 2 of our people with water and I had to stand there for 20 minutes, we had to ask them to fill my water and it was scolding hot I could barely touch it. One of the employees was pressuring my sister (Cindy) into choosing a different color even though she already told him she didn't want the color he was pushing on her and was extremely rude. Cindy ended up getting her toenails done first then the rude employee kept telling her to wait till I was done with BOTH my feet and nails. She didn't get her nails done. The guy that did my nails cut them so short they hurt. I would absolutely under no circumstances be back or recommend this place to anyone read more

My daughter and I went in for a mani/pedi and they tried to upsale me on everything and after initially pointing several times to the basic pedicure package they gave me the more expensive one and charged me for it. Linda at Bonny nails is the best, she does a great job every time, she actually knows which colors will look best with my skin so I just pick a few I like and she tells me which is best! I love that, and she does the best acrylic nails they are never bumpy or misshapen, I have had a pedicure there also and it was fantastic! I reminded the lady and she completely skipped everything about a pedicure, no massage, no smoothing the feet, just polish on the nails. Definitely THE WORST pedicure I've ever received and I have been getting pedicures once a month since I was 8 years old. No one was nice and they were not sanitary. Part of the pedicure was using a hot rag to remove the layers of oil off of my legs so I didn't say anything till my pedicure was completely over and I ask if she could take the oil off of my legs (because she forgot to do so) so I could put my pant legs back down and she LITERALLY took a dirty rag of the side of the bowl and rubbed my legs with it and I had gross hairs left on my legs... like are we serious? Not to mention that she didn't put a top coat on and when I went back to see if I could get a top coat she told me that SHE ALREADY PUT IT ON.. which was a lie? ALSO I wanted the basic pedicure, but they just give everyone that fancier $7 more pedicure without asking! And then expect you to pay the extra money when they never asked which pedicure you wanted. It's just a dishonest and unsanitary place. ALSO ALL THESE REVIEWS SAY THAT THIS SALON IS GREAT BECAUSE THEY ADD THE PARAFFIN WAX IN THE BASIC PACKAGE. Haha no. I have never written a review before but when service is this bad I feel I need to say something. I have gone here for years for pedicures and always call to make an appointment. I have waited longer and longer but today was enough. My appointment was at 4:00. I got there just before 4:00. At 4:30 she finally took me to a chair. I told her I had to leave by 5:15 and she said I would be fine. At 4:50, I was still just sitting there soaking. (The lady who had a 4:00 manicure appt and got there about 4:15 was being worked on.) No one said a thing. I had no choice but to dry my feet off and and leave because I truly had to leave for a dinner appt. She shouted I'm sorry as I left.
