Worst service ever. I brought my mom and 3 daughters for pedicures. I scheduled the appointment a week in advance to ensure we could do it together. We had to stagger our times which was fine since there's 5 of us but I didn't realize it was a race. The first three are done in less than 30 minutes. If I'm paying for a pedicure I want a pedicure not a drop my feet in water and paint my toes and call it good. Ridiculous especially for the price. First time coming here yesterday and I was very impressed! I think if you're looking for a cute/elegant/ fancy spa this is not the right spa for you. However, if you want beautiful nails for a good price this place is perfect. My friend recommended Tracy for a manicure and she was truly very good with nails. Service was a bit slow initially (even though I had an appointment) and confusing but once Tracy started on my new acrylic set it only took her a little more than 1 hour to give me my beautiful set of ombré nails. I went to LA Nails salon several times, thinking that maybe they were just having a bad day or something, but they are just not a very skilled salon. My nails come out very thick and unnatural looking. when I told the technician, my nails just looked thick and unnatural she just kind of shrugged her shoulders, and basically didn't care, just didn't want to take the time to make them look good, was in a hurry to get to their next customer it seemed. I definitely will not go back and do not recommend this salon. They are just unfriendly and they really don't care about your business or what your nails look like when you leave. read more

Right off the bat when you walk in, not a bad first impression. The place is pretty clean of what I can see. I had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure at noon on a Friday and I walked in at 11:58. They asked me to wait on the couch for a few minutes and then got me in a chair with my feet in the water at 12:04. I was a little disappointed in the selections of colors of regular polish they had for my pedicure. By 12:10 a lady came and immediately asked how I was doing and how my day was going so that was a nice touch as she started working on my pedicure. Overall not bad. She worked a lot on massaging my feet with the scrub they have so that was nice. Gel manicure was great and I was about to give them 4 starts until all of a sudden when he finished painting my nails he's said "ok all done". No lotion massage or anything. This was the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had in my life. There was a language barrier (which is ok) but the lady she couldn't do any of the colors I picked out. She wanted to upcharge me for shaping my nails. I could tell there was something being said and I turned on my Google dictate and what they were saying in the salon was horrible. This is usually my favorite nail salon. I have never had a bad experience until today! I stopped in after work, after a long week and was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure. Everything was fine until right at the very end. It was a large Asian man who did my pedicure and right at the end after the lotion he pulled on my legs and toes so hard and squoze so hard that he bruised my foot!!! Kim is one of the workers there and she is fantastic! You can give her any design and she'll do it better than the picture you show her. This place was super busy and we just walked in, but they were nice enough to still help us and get us in quickly. They are nice and quick. But I will explain why I'm rating them only a one star. The guy that was doing my nails was in a hurry and you could tell. He ended up nicking three different fingers on my hands with the dermal. One was my pinkie and it just ripped skin off the side of my finger. The other two were my thumbs, and it was my cuticles. All three areas bleed, my left thumb being the worst. After another lady noticed I was bleeding and it wasn't stopping she had the man go start someone else and said she would finish my nails. The woman was extremely nice and continually asked if I was ok or if it hurt. My left thumb was throbbing! I was holding a paper towel on the spot to control the bleeding, the woman began touching me, my bloody paper towel and other items with my blood on it without gloves. GROSS! I explained I would try to stop the bleeding so she didn't need to touch anything with my blood on it without gloves. I also continued to try to control the bleeding and throw items I was using away, so she would stop handling the items without gloves. She continued to say it was ok and continued to try to control the bleeding with bare hands. She finally dabbed both thumbs with what I think was alcohol, the left thumb continued to bleed she then got a small bottle of stuff I have no idea what it was, and touched the tip of the bottle into the blood on my thumb to squeeze some out... then she place the bottle of liquid back with the other nail equipment. Nothing at that point was sanitized or thrown away due to having touched my blood, even if it was small amounts. After the woman was finished she went over grabbed a bottled water and began drinking. Without washing her hands. When we were leaving the women said she was giving a discount for the problems. Giving me three dollars off. I did pay and also left a tip for the other lady who did my daughters nails. I do understand they have a job and I also understand that getting nicked was not done purposely. So I did not want to refuse payment or tip for the other set of nails. My concerns are how things are not being sanitized or cleaned after use, as well as someone handling human blood or body fluids without using protective gear, to keep them from coming in contact with the blood or body fluid, as well as not spreading disease. This is something that needs to be looked into here, to not only protect yourselves but to protect your customers. In no way should you reuse something that has came in contact with human blood, for other customers. Today my left thumb is swollen in the area, and painful to touch. I honestly hope it is not infected! This was a huge eye opener about getting my nails done. This is a huge health hazard waiting to happen! Makes me really wonder how many others have had similar issues, and how many of those items with blood have been reused on other unknowing customers. Stay save folks. read more

Are nail salons still allowed to use callous removers? This place was filthy..floors were dirty and the tools that were used had me questioning whether they practiced good sanitation methods. They hurried while cutting my cuticles..painful experience. The callous remover shaved off a little too much of my skin and it wasn't a pleasant experience. We scheduled five appointments for a wedding coming up. When we arrived, the woman who greeted us asked if we had an appointment. We told her we were scheduled for 5, And she asked if we were getting gel vs acrylic. While we were clarifying amongst us who was getting acrylic vs gel, she simply walked away and started a manicure for another client without confirming our appointments or clarifying when we would be helped or anything. Felt very strange. Not sure why she acted so upset or what the problem was. After standing there confused for several minutes and wondering if we were even going to be helped, we decided the unprofessional attitude was not worth our time and tried to find another nail salon. Before we left we asked to see what the problem was, and the women finally then told us she only had two people scheduled, not the five. Curious why she didn't say that to us and why she just walked away. Leaves me wondering, was she just going to let us stand there for 20 minutes before finally resolving the miscommunication? read more

I have only left reviews of superior service on YELP but let this serve as a warning: I have never experienced such an invasive pedicure nor have I been in and out of a salon so quickly! I don't know why they were in a rush; we made appointments. Andy was rough and cut my skin so deep that I said ouch twice. I am still in pain from him cutting into my skin.
