You could tell the girl was totally passionate about nails- she asked all the right questions about how I wanted my nails done, she made sure the stone, towels, and wax weren't too hot, and she spent a good amount of time perfecting my nails. She was awesome and I was thrilled that I had found a nail place I could trust. The next two times I've gone, I have gotten this woman that may be slightly too old to be working there? Sorry lady. She cut my skin a couple of times, she couldn't totally hear me when I made a couple of comments about my nails and then she did a pretty sloppy paint job. My toes are never even, the gel is never smooth, you can see through the color and my nails are always jagged. I'm so sad. I noticed today during my appointment I could see through the white gel and asked if he would fix it and he said no because he already did the top coat. Like I get it but I'm literally paying for this service...My other toe has little bumps all in the gel too. I have had good experiences getting my nails done! I really like how my nails turn out but very disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. The experience is nice but that doesn't matter if I hate the way my toes look. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'm super sad about my toes, feels like a waste of money. On a positive note, the place always smells good and feels clean!

I asked to speak with the owner several times and he told me he'd have them call! Called back over the course of several days and he would keep saying they will call the next day but no call was ever made to me! Ended up hanging up on me when I asked for his name as well as the number for the owner since he hasn't called me despite several times telling me he would the next day.

One time last Fall, I came in on a Saturday. I was the only guy in the shop (pretty normal). The gal that usually does my pedicure had me wait until a chair at the far side of the shop opened up. When it was free, she seated me and, the TV on the wall being right next to the chair, she changed the channel to the NCAA football game that was playing. All the other chairs were filled with women who were busy chatting. My technician made sure that I had something to occupy my time while I waited. Great people! And I'm ALWAYS pleased with how my feet and legs feel after, and the care I receive.
