The first time I went here I had one of the best pedicures ever (reason I'm giving it a 3 star review instead of a 1). You could tell the girl was totally passionate about nails- she asked all the right questions about how I wanted my nails done, she made sure the stone, towels, and wax weren't too hot, and she spent a good amount of time perfecting my nails. She was awesome and I was thrilled that I had found a nail place I could trust. The next two times I've gone, I have gotten this woman that may be slightly too old to be working there? Sorry lady. She cut my skin a couple of times, she couldn't totally hear me when I made a couple of comments about my nails and then she did a pretty sloppy paint job. I feel sick writing this review. the people who work here were very nice, and the pedicure was nice. but while we were getting our pedicure, there were 3 different TVS each playing different pornography. one was three people in a bed, one was two men in a bed, and one was a couple on the living room floor. I felt absolutely sick to my stomach at what I saw. I told the owner about the situation, their response was they don't know what's plays and can change the channel, which could be true. but the fact 3 different tvs were playing extremely graphic porn is very alarming and completely unacceptable. I am so upset I had to see what i did. Again, nice people, nice pedicure, but disgusted with what they were playing. I wanted to take photos for proof but Felt sick to have that on my phone. They are really nice, but overall the service wasn't very good and the place was a little dirty. It just felt a little overpriced for the service, and the quality of the service is highly dependent on who you get doing your nails. I felt bad because they are nice, and I'm sure once they are done renovating the place will look great, but overall the nails themselves just weren't very well done and I ended up taking them off when I got home so I felt like I wasted a lot of money on a set that was not good. I have been here twice now, first time for a fill and pedi, second time just a fill. I am super happy with both experiences, and loved the end results. Both times I called to make an appointment and they said I could come right in. I didn't wait either time. The services never felt rushed and the lady who did my pedicure gave hands down the best massage I've ever received. My first fill was done by the gentleman, and second by a younger girl, I believe her name is Litzy (spelling? Sorry if I got that wrong!) They both asked several times during the process if I was happy with the shape/length/color etc, and she was very friendly in our conversation. I loveee suave nails! I started going here when I was still living in Orem, I've been in slc for 3 years now and still make the drive down. I can't find anywhere else that does this good of a job consistently. They care, and listen, and if you ask them to change/fix something they always will no problem. They'd rather you leave with the exact nails you wanted, so they don't mind fixing! I tell everyone to come here and my best friend has been coming to yaneli religiously since I first brought her in with me! I've tried for 3 days to schedule an appointment. I've called multiple times, texted, used messenger, and even reached out via other social media apps. The management is awful. Either the language barrier is such they do not understand the question (do you have any openings this week) or they have a really crappy business model and don't care if they have business. Maybe covid relief packages keep them from working. Who knows. It's so frustrating to have someone not respond with a time and confirm they can do the work based on the picture I sent. They were so cute and gave us water and a snack bag of pretzels the massage with the hot rocks and lotions was way longer than most pedicures do and they let you chose from a few different scents to soak your feet in. I think I found my new go-to for nails in Utah County. This place is tucked in a low-key strip mall and is definitely not to be overlooked. The pedicure was great and I definitely feel the soft skin rejuvenated on my feet. I was shocked with only being charged $15 for a fill and nail repair. They make sure the acrylics are thick enough to be strong, but aren't going to be too unnaturally thick. They do great work. The accents are pretty thick throughout the salon, so be patient. read more

I have been going to Suave's Nail for over a year... for my monthly pedicure... and I always come away relaxed and feeling awesome. In the beginning I went to other local salons and either my toes hurt or like I just got a foot rub but no real work. The lady that works on my feet regularly does an excellent job and I always tip her for her skill and customer attentiveness. One half my nails were shorter than the other. They were so thick they looked horrible. I also asked for a coffin shape and look what I got. They look almost square round with the same width. And the metallic chrome paint is starting to peel off. I went in for a fill and it took them over two hours to do. I will never go back as this is the second time that this has happened. This was the place...They have massage chairs for you to relax in while you wait and they offer you water (much needed in this heat). They have this steam nail removal technique for gel nails that I never seen before (let's just say I was happily surprised) I recommend this place. Both myself and my husband had horrible results here. I would stay far away from this dirty, dark salon. My husband had the worst manicure and pedicure he's ever had - and he's had great results other places in Orem/Provo area. When I moved to Utah county it was hard for me to leave my favorite nail salon. But Suave Nails has been a good replacement. Their facility is clean and well decorated. They do a great job for one of the best prices I can find. Only downsides are even if you have an appointment you're going to be waiting a little bit until they get you sitting down. And depending on what you ask for it might take a while. I've gotten dip, and gel X nails and they've both taken over two hours to do. The tech seemed a little frustrated because I was taking up her time, but in the end it worked out super well and the color was perfect! The pedicure was also amazing. I had an ingrown toenail and they were awesome about taking care of it. They did ok on my nails but this place is so dirty inside! I bet it hasn't been thoroughly cleaned in years. They didn't even put a clean towel down on the desk for me until I said "This paper towel is all dirty from another customer, can I get a clean one please." Very disappointed...they were busy but I asked the person at the front I could come back the next day, he insisted to stay and wait...15 min later they rushed me thru the chair than more than 3 people worked on my pedicure, the last one barely spoke English I couldn't understand her. At the end I still gave them a good tip, because I know how hard is to sit like that and work hard. Unfortunately, she didn't do a great job painting because I got home and I still could see the extra nail polish around my cuticle and over the nail hasn't clean up!!! Plus the color was missing some small spots. If you're looking into a nail salon please think twice coming to this place. The worst pedi I've ever got! Was not asked if I wanted my nails cut down. She barely even filed them smh. I have rough feet because I work in customer service always on my feet and I barely even got any dead skin off my feet. I will never come back. I went to get a set of gel nails done for my birthday and was super pumped! It had been a minute since I had gotten my nails done, and I have had good experiences with Suave nails in the past. The staff is nice enough, but overall annoyed. At first I was impressed with my nails, but was super bummed when they started chipping two days later. I took my nails off and underneath the acrylic MY ACTUAL NAIL WAS GREEN with fungus. basically from them using dirty tools. plus they were rude and took 3 1/2 HOURS for a fill. multiple people work on your nails so it takes unnecessary longer. they will never have my service and I hope this isn't the first nail salon you chose. There are way better nail salons out there but I recommend NOT coming here. read more
