I really enjoy coming to this nail salon for pedicures. It's clean and sanitary. All of the employees are extremely sweet and friendly. They almost always have appointments available and accept walk ins. They also offer you a complimentary drink during your service which I always appreciate. The prices are fair and they work pretty fast and do a wonderful job. Definitely recommend coming here for your nail appts! read more

They took such great care of of us! Complimentary drinks, and excellent service! We had a larger group and it only took an hour and a half for 4 pedicures, 2 gel manicures, and one acrylic set. They all turned out so well!!! read more

This was a very good experience but with a few minor changes I think that this could be the best spa in Utah county! First, I made an appointment that clearly detailed everything I wanted, when I make an appointment I don't like showing up and being treated like a walk in. Luckily there was plenty of room so I didn't have to wait but I was asked again what I wanted and provided with a menu. I wish that when I make an appointment it is acknowledged and I don't have to go through that again. It's great for them to confirm what I put in but having to go through it all again defeats the purpose of making an appointment in my opinion. However, the quality of the salon was excellent! I had a manicure and a pedicure and both were done very well! I am likely to return, my nail technician wasn't the most talkative and there was definitely a language barrier which made it hard but for me quality matters more than anything else and he was excellent! The pedicure was excellent but my only critique is they cut the nails very short and once even cut me sadly. He quickly apologized and it didn't happen again. The massage was extreme deep tissue. In truth I should have asked him to lighten his touch but I am always nervous to do that. There were literal bruises on my legs and arms the next day. The next time I'll go I'll ask for a softer leg and arm massage that came with the package I selected. The manicure was simple and straight forward but very well done. My nails all looked wonderful! I highly recommend the quality of this location! So far, they are the very best that I've found in the area. Be warned the TVs don't really show any movie or show, it is on a nature loop that seems to just be the screensaver so not much in the way of entertainment on while getting your nails done. Not the most affordable spot in town for nails but you pay for what you get and the quality here over other spots makes it worth it to me! read more

VIP Nails Lounge - Fresh pedi! - Nail Salons Near Me - Pleasant Grove, Utah

Anna was amazing! My pedicure looks great and my feet feel much better. She took the time to trim my toenails and cut the edges that tend to cause ingrown toenails. The salon was clean and bright. I will definitely be back! read more

A hidden gem! They call themselves VIP for a reason. You walk into the salon and you're immediately within an underwater world in terms of ambiance. There are a good amount of massage chairs that hug the walls and the manicure booths are lined down the middle as it's a fairly big salon. My pedicurist barely spoke English, but she was efficient and forthcoming with what I should expect. Their classic pedicure already came with a brief foot massage and hot towel. In addition, the reception staff is very attentive and served hot tea, sodas, water, and gave out chocolates. My overall experience was amazing. Definitely check this place out. read more

VIP Nails Lounge - Nail Salons Near Me - Pleasant Grove, Utah

Well, I found my go-to nail place now. I have moved around from a few in Pleasant Grove but on a recommendation from my daughter-in-law, I have now found one I will stick with. When they say VIP, they mean it. They offer so many things in there packages you can't resist. Kim was my attendant and she did a lovely job. Unlike other salons around there, they don't talk to each other in another language leaving you wondering what they could possibly be saying about you. This was a lovely experience getting a pedicure. I will be back and I will be back often. Thanks! read more

Asked for a classic pedi and gel removal. Should've known off the bat what I was in for. The woman at the front (who ended up being my nail tech) either didn't hear me say "I'm not sure how to check in" or completely ignored me. Then she came over and closed the screen and left the Home Screen up and another woman came over and opened the app for me. That was the most half way done pedicure I have ever had. Just because I don't want polish doesn't mean you rush and not do the whole thing. Cut my nails but no shaping, no cuticle grooming, no buff on the nail, barely used the scrub pad on my feet. I have never gone somewhere where gel removal didn't at least make my nails look presentable after. She asked if I wanted a manicure and I said no because I shouldn't need to pay $25 to at least have my finger nails look presentable after gel removal. I have always had at minimum a buff done on the nail to not have them look raggedy and rough. read more

I love this salon, have been going here for over 2 years now. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and the environment is always clean. Loan is my nail girl and she is incredible! Beautiful nails every single time! Go see her, you will not be disappointed! (Also she is the sweetest nail girl I've ever been to, which is an added bonus!) read more

Pamper those feet! My sister and I went for some quality time to get pedicures. I had Tai Le again and once again AMAZING! Such a thorough job cleaning up my feet, especially my horrible heals. We got the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax which was hot and perfect. I love how clean VIP nails Lounge is. Tai also did a great job painting my toes, so smooth and he even suggested my color when I said I needed good luck. Definitely going to keep coming back! read more

My two teenage daughters and I had our nails done, and they turned out so cute!! My youngest was able to get acrylic nails for the first time and was beaming the whole time. He was really quick and matched the design to the photo she showed him. My other daughter and I had two female technicians who were so sweet and also very quick. I loved the firm pressure of the hand massage afterwards. I always get nervous about being cut or leaving gunk under my nails, but all three of us had a wonderful experience with none of the negatives. We just showed up @5:30pm on a Saturday night and they accommodated us immediately. We will be back! read more

VIP Nails Lounge - Manicures - Nail Salons Near Me - Pleasant Grove, Utah

Received the worst infection from this place that has taken a year to heal fully. I still have issues with the side wall on my big toe from being clipped too far in and leaving a jagged edge to grow out. My middle toe cuticle was clipped so poorly that healthy tissue was snipped and I got an infection and had to go to instacare for an antibiotic Rx. I watched the nail tech use a dirty old brush to scrub my feet so it's no surprise it got infected. No sterile tools. Tech was watching football on his phone below the chair. Don't go here!! read more

Very friendly people and accommodating. My 2 friends and I wanted to do a last minute spa day and get a mani/pedi. They close at 7pm we arrives 6:30pm and we got the best treatment ever. We did the pedicure and got amazing massages and hot towels. When my feet was shaved off enough after the fact, I was offered to have it shave off some more. They are always offering refreshments and they accommodated my friend who also wanted to do a manicure after hours. read more

Be careful while booking online. I booked an appointment with a person and he was already booked because they didn't check his schedule with what was listed online. He was very apologetic and I knew it had nothing to do with him. But the way it was handled was unprofessional. No one informed me if or when someone else would tend to me. I got there early on top of having to wait for someone. Once someone came to me to the time I was finished with a deluxe pedicure, it was completed in 20 mins. Including the time it took me to tell him I didn't want gel, him seeming very annoyed, and having to go find the color I chose on my own up front. It was a very mediocre pedicure and my first time here. The man who did my nails just tapped and grunted when I needed to move my feet. Didn't communicate well or make me feel comfortable getting a service done. After waiting 20 mins to fry my nails (which is fine), the man who was suppose to help me apologized and helped me get my sandals on and told me to go pay and had to get the guy who was doing my nails to ring me up. Overall, I'm hoping I just had a bad experience, I really wanted to like this place. Not too sure if I'll be returning. read more

They always do a great job here! Pedicures are heavenly and my nails always look so nice.

I want to like this place but they need to stop lying about "20 minutes" I sat in a chair for 40 min waiting for someone to do my pedicure. Since I had to wait so long, I didn't have enough time to get a VIP pedicure that I originally wanted. Only come here if you have all day to sit around. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! They don't listen and they treat their customers like cattle, hurry in and hurry out! 20mins for a fill and 20mins for a pedi. They usually last 60+ mins!! Everything about this place is just no and your typical chop shop! read more

My first experience here was great...the second was AWFUL! I got a gel manicure and pedicure a day before going on vacation and the next freaking day my gel manicure had chipped. The guy who did my nails didn't cover the entire nail with the top coat...so sloppy. Plus I was cut three times and my cuticles are so jagged. These photos were taken six days after my gen manicure. 4 nails have chipped and because he stopped painting so far above my cuticle, the growth looks like it's been much longer. Huge waste of $$$$$$ read more

I used to like this place, but now even if you make an appointment, you wait for 30+ minutes. They will still allow walk-ins to take over your appointment time. This is very unfair and poor business practice. I will not be back. What is the point of making an appointment? read more

It was a good pedicure. They bring you a chocolate and soda. They sang happy birthday to another customer and brought out a fluted drink and cupcake. Cute. I have terrible callouses on my heels-like bad. The girl next to me, working on someone else feet kept looking at my feet and then cracking jokes. At one point 3 of them were talking loudly back and forth and laughing. I know it was in a different language but they were clearly making jokes about my feet. Other customers in the salon getting manicures were looking at the workers and then peering around to see my feet. It was awful service. I will never be going back. They discounted the pedicure when we talked to them about it but tried to play it off. I could never recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. read more

I had the worst experience at this place. The customer service was horrible. They made me feel so not welcome. One male staff didn't want to do my pedicure so he kept pushing other staff member to do it. They also were rude because I chose the basic pedicure service. They didn't like it that I chose regular polish and not gel. They also kept talking about it because they assumed I did not understand Vietnamese. I almost stormed out of there. Worst experience I have ever had in any nail salon. I was supposed to get a gel manicure as well but I am taking my business elsewhere. TERRIBLE! I would give it a 0 if I could. BAD SERVICE! read more

I've come here a few times over the last year and a half since we live close by and they never disappoint. I've only gotten pedicures so that's all I can speak to but it's always a great experience for me. Today I took my daughter for her birthday who is turning 4 and everyone at vip made it the best first mani/pedi for her. They brought her a cupcake and candle and sang happy birthday and they were all so sweet. The nail tech was so gentle and patient with her and her nails came out looking so cute. I've always loved this place but how they took care of my little and made it such a fun time will be a core memory for us for years to come. read more

I just had to leave a review because this nail salon is thee best. Their customer service was amazing. They literally brought out a cupcake and flowers for my niece when I told them it was her bday. I live in Beverly Hills and they hands down beat every nail salon that I pay 3-4xs the amount for. Will be coming back every time I'm in town read more

VIP seems to be something that is just added to nail salons to give off a luxury vibe. This is the first time I can say that this place actually treats you like a VIP. The entire staff is very welcoming polite and does a great job catering to your every whim, want, and vice! I.E. chocolate and sparkling cider. The pedicure my wife received was excellent and I had an incredibly relaxing pedicure. Followed by a great massage. Come here now thank me later. read more

Overall they did a decent job. A few things they could improve on: 1. The lady that did my pedicure didn't get out the impacted/ingrown nails from my big toes. The person next to me did though, so that's probably just the tech I had; still, that should be standard practice. 2. I didn't love the selection of dip powders they had; I've been to other salons where the dip selection is exactly the same as the gel and it wasn't here. 3. The tech that did my manicure went HARD with the square file block. I noticed after I left when I washed my hands that some of my cuticles are raw. They're not bleeding but it's still painful. I think you probably could get better/similar service with a wider selection of colors and a better/similar price somewhere else, but if you're in the area and they're the only place with openings, it's worth a shot. Everyone was very nice and they offer free beverages. read more

Great new nail salon. Lots of pedicure chairs and manicure stations. Looks to be a great place for large parties or a quick stop by. Best service I have ever received. I found my forever nail spa!!!! I'm not being dramatic when I say this is the best service I have ever received. I always bounce around nail salons because I'm always looking for one better, but this is it!!! I got a pedi and an acrylic mani and I was beyond impressed with both people who did them. They both took great care of each individual nail and made sure everything was perfect for me. The manager kept checking in to bring me chocolate or see if I wanted a free drink (coke products, water, etc), and just to see how I am. They were fast but not "in a hurry" how other salons seem to be. They paid full attention to me and weren't looking around the whole time acting like they had somewhere else to be (which is how all salons are in my opinion). They were truly giving me their best service and I was legit treated like a queen I can not hype this place up enough!! They gave me 10% off for my first visit and I was so impressed with the prices for how good the service really is read more
