I hate leaving bad reviews. I got my nails done 5 days ago. My nails have fallen off or bent to the point that it looks horrendous. I paid $95 in total for this and then had to go somewhere else 5 days later and pay it again. The whole time, my lady was rushing more than I've ever seen before. The color was pretty bad too. I genuinely love this place! Their hours are 10am-7pm. It's run by the sweetest husband and wife duo! Usually if you call and no one answers it's because they're with a customer. It's truly just the 2 of them running everything! Their skill is amazing and I always come out feeling so refreshed. I went today with my mom. they sped through her service and also upsold us both without asking us which service we wanted first. Very dishonest people. If you go, make sure to clarify which service you want FIRST (don't assume that they'll give you the most basic one to start); they will automatically give you the "deluxe" service and then play dumb when you ask them why your service was more expensive than you had planned, so be sure to clarify with them BEFORE you put your feet in any water. I had a pedicure a week before my vacation because I just didn't have the time any closer to leaving. I was worried my polish wouldn't last through the whole vacation. We did a lot of swimming in the ocean and lots of walking in the sand. I've been home over a week now, and my polish still looks perfect! No chips or dullness! I went in between shits at work. She honestly did an ok job but it took FOREVER. I was late for work and she even knew I only have an hour and a half. I only got a fill which typically takes 45 minutes at my usual place (they were too busy to get me in and I was desperate). I pay $26 for a fill with shellac and figured this place would be a similar. It was freaking double!!! Then when the charge came through they overcharged my card. I left a cash tip and instead of the $50 that I signed on the receipt, it was $57. I'm pissed to say the least and WILL NEVER GO BACK. AVOID this place for sure!!!! The worst! read more

Unfortunately I had to give them one star. I had my nails done in the gel for the first time. The women who does them was very fast, and rough but I thought maybe that's what's its like. I went back 3 weeks later to remove the polish and let my nails have a short break. She used an electric sander Twice and then wrapped my nails to help remove the gel polish. It hurt and took a total of maybe 10 min maybe less time. By the time I walked back to my vehicle to go home, all the nails started to split down the middle and I noticed she had sanded small craters in my nail base. I am heart broken. My nails used to be so healthy. No I would not go there. Find another place. read more

I am from out of town and booked two royal pedicures here for my sisters birthday wile visiting. The place was clean and the chairs were comfortable. It was a really peasant atmosphere and the nail color selection was great. We had amazing pedicures and lived our deluxe treatment. The stone massage and paraffin felt sooooo good. I've been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else! The owners are so kind and give each customer personal attention and care, and the facilities are clean and pleasant. My whole family came in with my little (wiggly) sisters and they were kind and patient with them. Lien always takes care to make sure my manicure is exactly how I want it, and my last gel pedicure lasted 2 months without any chipping. I really enjoy going to Juicy Nails for a pedicure. They do a hot stone massage that's awesome! The guy, Tony, is actually really good, as are all the women. I've gotten acrylics done here and they turned out really well. If you're going to get a manicure, get the paraffin wax; so nice! I do have two complaints though: 1) They usually only have one person working there, so walk-ins and day-of appointments are nearly impossible. 2) (This is a weird one...) Their music. It's three songs that just loop over and over and over. By the time my pedicure is finished I never want to hear Leona Lewis, Colbie Callait or David Archuletta again. It's bad. read more

I am super picky about where I get my nails done because it needs to be clean and being from California, my expectations are high. I had to go to two other nasty nail places in Provo before I finally went to Juicy Nails at the Riverwoods. I had the most delightful experience. My nails look gorgeous! I went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 1:30 and there was one other person in there just finishing up her pedicure and at first I was a little skeptical but it was probably normal for a random Wednesday afternoon. The lady who did my nails I'm assuming was the owner because it was just her and her husband there and the moment I sales in they greeted me with kindness and her husband pulled out my chair for me and sat me down. I had gotten a gel manicure and she easily spent 45 minutes taking her time and making sure each nail was perfect. She was also such a delight to talk with! I would definitely go back to this place in a heartbeat! It's no nice place in California but for Provo Utah you can't get much better than Juicy Nails! Some reviewers on here said that the prices were expensive but coming from California and for the service I thought the prices were fair. You pay for what you get for. read more

Very disappointed with the quality of pedi I got. Worst one ever. Polish was all bubbly too. Gal was totally rushing. My nails were rough because I had peeled my gels off and I had to ask her to file them smooth before putting on the polish! Other salons have used a dremmel to buff the nail smooth before. They don't use uv to dry the nails so sitting for several minutes waiting for them to dry and gal had gone to another lady so after 10 minutes we paid and left. 30 seconds later my friend hit her big toe and the polish came off the tip so we went back in to see if she could just Touch it up and she acted like it was a total pain in the butt and even said "why did you leave so early what's what is your go?" read more

The prices are way too high for what you get. We went in for pedicures, and they said they charge about $5 more (it was actually like $10 more) and they charge for the paraffin wax.
