I sat down, and I was trying to put the chair into kneeding mode instead of chopping mode on my back, and the lady helping me didn't know what I was trying to do because we spoke different languages so Lim came over once she asked him to to see what I needed and he told me that is an auto mode so it goes through the kneeding and chopping and rolling on your back and I asked if I could just put it on the kneeding option Because I didn't enjoy the chopping. There are several different modes on the chair many different buttons to choose from, he then proceeded to tell me if you don't like it go somewhere else he didn't explain that he only has it set in Auto and there's only one setting, even though there are several buttons to choose from he kicked me out of his store telling me to go somewhere else. I talk to him telling him I did not understand that he only had the chair programmed to One mode even though there are 8 other option to choose from. I explained I couldn't understand the lady helping me with my pedicure because we don't speak the same language and he threw me out of his store. I think this is a terrible Example of customer service if he is not offended because someone wants to put it in a different mode he should have a sign saying there is only one mode and it is auto. I asked to remove my acrylics and for gel. The tech had me squeeze my fingers uncomfortably into a small ass bottle of acetone. Her pace in work told me very quickly that she wanted to get me out of her chair ASAP. With the removal of the acrylic nails, there was dust and shavings all over my hands and fingers but she didn't clean any of it off and proceeded to paint my dusty ass nails. The polish is uneven and there is still residue from the acrylics attached to some of my nails. She got nail polish down my finger and dug her own nail into my finger to get it off, it wouldn't come off so she grabbed her filer and filed it off my finger. Honestly didn't care to have any cuticle care done, I just wanted to wash my hands. And with my luck, she didn't care to do so. My appointment was at 12, she finished at 12:15 and sent me away with messy ass hands and nails so I made my way to the bathroom sink before leaving. After a long week of work and desperation to remove the acrylics, I was looking forward to doing one of my favorite things to help me unwind and relax before a busy weekend. Horrible place. Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. Some are so short they barely leave my nail bed and others are just as long as when I came in. Not one nail matches the other in length or shape. It was so bad even my husband noticed when I got home!! Without me saying anything! That's when you know it's bad. I'm attempting to fix the shape on my own right now but losing the length on some of my nails is so disappointing. This isn't a place I will be returning to.
