Horrible service. Prices are not communicated right. I came in for a pedicure acrylic French tip. I was told the acrylic was 40 and the French was 5 dollars extra. Cool. I was never provided with clear prices. For the extra charge of the pedicure being 40. I then asked for a full manicure set. I was charged 55 dollars for medium length with no design because French tip was an extra 20 dollars. My service was complete and I went to pay my total was $151 dollars. The owner then proceeded to try and break down the prices to me but the pedicure charge was not communicated to me clearly by the nail tech. I made him aware of this and he proceeded to say communication or not you have to pay. $151 for the service I received is stupid. He then proceeded to say he would discount me 10 dollars bring my final price at $141. Another customer who was NOT involved then proceeded to say she would call the cops if I did not pay. I told the owner he could cut my nails off because I was not gonna pay $151 for plain medium length nails. He then said he would have too charge me an extra 25 dollars to remove them. Ultimately I paid $141 for French tip pedicure and a plain set of nails. read more

Best nails in Utah, and I've been around. Jenny takes her time and is the best shape, I'm Ruined to go anywhere else. When I have to go somewhere else (traveling) it's almost always a disappointment. I have been here before and the lady I worked with was pretty nice but didn't talk at all while she did my nails. I came back and the guy at the front was not nice at all. I understand that they were booked for the day but when I asked for recommendations he said just to Google it. That seems so silly cuz obviously I know I can Google other places I just feel like they don't care about people who aren't actually their customers even though I was trying to be a customer. Wow! I loved this place. My friend and I came to get gel nails before a school dance. It only took about 45 minutes but they were the nicest people with smiles on their faces. They made sure that I was comfortable and the person doing my nails when he finished even said he'd redo them for free if I didn't like the color! I loved the color anyways but it was such a sweet offer. It was 25 dollars and compared to 30-45 dollars at other places this place takes the cake! read more

They were super helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted to, and making sure throughout the process that everything was how I wanted it to be. We showed up a little bit late but they squeezed us in which was super nice. I had Jess and she was great. I have been to several different nail salons in Provo and Orem and this has by far been my favorite one. Super friendly vibe and between the employees and customers. The massage chair felt more like a vibrating chair and didn't feel like much. I have been to so many nail salons at this point and this was by far the worst. The man working on my nails was so incredibly rude constantly hitting my hand to make me relax. Had to go to another salon after to fix his work because they were so crooked, sharp, and bumpy. Provo has some great places to get nails done but I really wouldn't recommend here. However, I did meet some really sweet employees while I was there, this was just my experience with this one nail tech. read more

I've never had such an uncomfortable manicure. My chair was set at a weird height and as a result my arms were not resting comfortably and in turn I was not "relaxed" the manicurist who never spoke a word to me only scolded me to "relax" my arm/hands. I honestly thought I was going to end up walking out. Very unfriendly, the salon has poor ventilation and the chemicals they use smell very strongly. Bad experience. read more

I absolutely love the chairs here! They massage you while you get a pedicure! Friendly people, and they got me in soon. Saturdays, they are usually booked, I have found, but I so is everyone else, so make an appointment for Saturday. They do a great job and they are inexpensive. read more

The service was slow but thorough so I was ok with it. The technicians, especially the man, was not very warm. They were speaking to each other in their language but not to my daughter and me. The reason for the bad rating was the cost... I was really surprised. We both had manicure/pedicures and then I had gel done on my nails (hands) and my daughter had acrylic nails put on (hands). They even charged to take my gel off my nails. I've never had that charge better. The total was $123.00...$1.00 charge for using a debit card instead of cash...they don't take checks. I did tip on top of that so it was an outrageous cost for Utah. I usually pay quite a bit less than that. I will not be going back. Felt taken advantage of. :( read more

I stopped in to see if they could do a nail fill---I am from out-of-state. I was ignored the first few minutes by the person I think owns/manages the place. Finally he wanted to know what I needed. He was rude from the beginning. During the nail fill...he kept telling me to relax my hand...really...like 40 times. (I have had many fills...never a complaint that I needed to relax) A customer came to pay and he informed her it would be $1.00 more to use her credit card. She gave him a few cards that declined the transaction. He was rude to her. She finally gave him one that worked-explaining she was just released from the hospital...no compassion on his part. After his rudeness..I would never go there again. The nails were done OK...nothing spectacular! read more

Not usually the type to leave a bad review, or even a good one but I was very disappointed with my experience here. First off, when filing my nails, they filed through my skin to the point it bled and there's now a small hole there that is pretty painful. The nail technician also kept rudely telling me to relax my hand, probably around 15 times and asked if it was my first time getting my nails done. I was definitely relaxing my hand, and I get my nails done all the time and always have my hands the same way and have never had an issue??? My nail polish has also bubbled quite a bit already. :( not worth 45 dollars. There are plenty of places nearby with better service for a cheaper price. read more
