I got my pedicure done around 3/3:30 pm, and it is now 8:30 pm and my GEL pedicure FELL OFF (yes you read that correctly. FELL. COMPLETELY. OFF.) I haven't even had my nails done for more than 6 hours and they are all off. I called asking for a refund since I Venmo'd them and I'm going out of town early in the morning tomorrow. She told me she couldn't return my Venmo and the only way to fix it would be to come in and get them redone. I'm extremely disappointed in this service.

I was going there for over 4 years and really felt like it was more than just a nail salon and nail tech I was going to. I was close to the girls and even to the owner at one point, then I don't know what happened. I think there was big time miscommunication and instead of calling me to discuss it, I was told by one of the nail techs, who I could tell didn't really know what was going on nor did she want to be the messenger, yet the owner has her do his dirty work of telling me I was no longer welcome, and my number was blocked by owner and my Nail tech at the time which really hurt me! I asked the nail Tech to have Young call me, he never did! I knew he wouldn't. Don't know what's so hard about communication! had to go to the salon to find all this out because I was initially worried that something happened because I couldn't get through. Considering how loyal I was I felt I was owed at least a conversation and explanation of why this happened! I still don't know and it was months ago. But, it's actually a blessing in disguise because as y'all know there are many choices we can decide to put our trust into with salons and techs, it's an over saturated industry as it is so when something happens negatively, it can really be a bummer and likewise when your salon stands out for something good it can be a boost for your business. Unfortunately, for you, it's more than just what happened to me, the salon is a bit run down, although there was a little glow up, with big TV's, to highlight the salon, and some decor! But the rest is the salon wasn't equal to the look of it. It's a gorgeous salon, from the name to the big chandelier and to the wonderful nice people who work there. I I had a bad experience towards the end of my journey there. There are 2 sides to every story. This is mine! Take what will from it. The blessing in disguise is I found an even better place, where the decor matches the beauty from inside out, (Nailed it, by Brandi) people, place, way it's run, the owner, the reminder texts which you don't offer. And the nail techs! Sorry for the long story, at the end of the day, I still have cancer, business as usual, back to work, back to life, . I am assuming I had an appointment I didn't know about and that was it the reason for all this. ‍ I never missed an appointment, before, and was late maybe 2 times in 4 years...and not that late, I have also waited for the techs before, no biggie . & the last time I was there I treated my sons to pedicures, spend lots of $$$, and referred several people there which I do regret now! Sadly. I found a great place now who actually have corrected several of chandelier nails' clients. Just FYI! Anyway, I wish everyone the best! Good luck moving forward!
