I had no idea what that meant until she growled at me and hand signaled me to come. In 2 minutes she was done with her mediocre job...with polish on most of my cuticles. They used my polish (not gel)... on a clean 'prepped' nail and charged me $16.50! *Being new in town and a regular patron of my last nail shop for 15 years...I recognize good service....and was looking for my new spot to frequent. We'll this aint it!!! What a disappointment...never going here again...word to the wise - don't waste your money! *and PLEASE don't get in the service business if you hate people!!!

I sat down, and I was trying to put the chair into kneeding mode instead of chopping mode on my back, and the lady helping me didn't know what I was trying to do because we spoke different languages so Lim came over once she asked him to to see what I needed and he told me that is an auto mode so it goes through the kneeding and chopping and rolling on your back and I asked if I could just put it on the kneeding option Because I didn't enjoy the chopping. There are several different modes on the chair many different buttons to choose from, he then proceeded to tell me if you don't like it go somewhere else he didn't explain that he only has it set in Auto and there's only one setting, even though there are several buttons to choose from he kicked me out of his store telling me to go somewhere else. I talk to him telling him I did not understand that he only had the chair programmed to One mode even though there are 8 other option to choose from. I explained I couldn't understand the lady helping me with my pedicure because we don't speak the same language and he threw me out of his store. I think this is a terrible Example of customer service if he is not offended because someone wants to put it in a different mode he should have a sign saying there is only one mode and it is auto. I would give this place zero stars. This place is better and they allow you to change the massage chair to your liking https://yelp.to/6Yc3xoTOTi

My toes are never even, the gel is never smooth, you can see through the color and my nails are always jagged. I'm so sad. I noticed today during my appointment I could see through the white gel and asked if he would fix it and he said no because he already did the top coat. Like I get it but I'm literally paying for this service...My other toe has little bumps all in the gel too. I have had good experiences getting my nails done! I really like how my nails turn out but very disappointed in the quality of the pedicure. The experience is nice but that doesn't matter if I hate the way my toes look. I'm going on a trip tomorrow and I'm super sad about my toes, feels like a waste of money. On a positive note, the place always smells good and feels clean!

I went in for a gel builder fill about a week and a half ago, and unfortunately I did not receive…read morethe experience I paid for. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before anyone started on my nails. During that time, I watched three of the salon's regular clients get taken ahead of me, despite my appointment time, which was frustrating and made me feel like my time wasn't valued. Once I was finally seen, the service itself was disappointing. The shape of my nails wasn't what I had asked for, and when I requested a specific chrome, my nail tech used something different instead of listening to my request. I decided to accept the set as "good enough" and paid $75, plus a tip. Now, less than two weeks later, four of my nails have snapped off. I've had builder gel before and know that this is not the level of durability I should expect after such a short amount of time. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with both the service and the quality of the work. I regret spending my money here and hope you'll take this feedback seriously, as this experience did not reflect the quality I expected.
