Stacy has an incredible sense of my hair, my face shape, and my personal range of colors. She can also talk technical, explaining in terms I don't understand why certain hues work for some people but not for others. Her knowledge about hair is so vast, and she loves to learn. I would never trust anybody else to make me a redhead because there is SO MUCH that can go wrong. But Stacy did it impeccably, and now I have no doubts in the woman's hair abilities. I have literally gone in wanting some change but not sure what, told her to work her magic, and left amazed. My experience Friday was not great-in fact, if I wrote a review Friday I would have given them 2 stars. The male stylist who cut my hair Friday did really good work, but he took 3 separate phone calls during my haircut. Holding my hair in one hand, and his personal cell in the other. It wasn't the store phone. Each phone call lasted two or three minutes. I was not happy about that. But the cut was good. Service could use some work. Granted, my appointment was at 7 and they got me in at 6:30 because I showed up early. So, I also wanted highlights but there wasn't time during my Friday appointment, so I made a return appointment for Tuesday to come in and do my highlights. On Tuesday, I went in to my appointment which was at 5 but I didn't get in till 5:15. So I got my dye put in and then sat to the side to let it dry. My stylist was Silvia, and while I was waiting she had a few other people come in. They knew her by name and she knew them, she seems to have a pretty good client base and her customer service is on point! She has people come in just to see her. When it was my turn to finish up, she rinsed my hair out and my highlights looked amazing!! I showed her a picture from Pinterest of the type of look I was going for and she totally nailed it, my hair looks and feels amazing, better than any stylist I've been to before and tried to have them do the same thing. So I'm very happy with it now :) I have a stylist that I think I can finally return to in the future. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a very friendly, professional, and savvy stylist! She gave me some styling tips on how to style my type of hair and knew exactly what I needed to do. I had a wonderful experience!!!

Do find out in advance approximately how much time a service might take when you make your appointment, (which I did,) but then added services without thinking and put them in a tight spot to meet my schedule. They were very gracious and promised nothing except that they would try to accommodate my time needs when I realized what I had done. They came through, although I know it must have been difficult for them.
