At the end, when I was visibly upset over my hair, the instructor finally came over. All she said was "well, all you can do is book another appointment in 6 weeks. Nothing we can do now". As if I was supposed to walk around looking like a carrot for 6 weeks and then pay full price to likely get botched again. I ended up booking at another salon a few days later. For $30 more than this place charged, she fixed my hair in half the time. Don't go here. This is less of a hair school and more of "let's let students experiment on paying customers and pray they get it done okay".
