Atmosphere is school-like while offering all types of services from hair, nails, and more. The only complaint I have is the shampoo wasn't completely washed out of my hair. She didn't do a very good job rinsing my hair. Not a big deal, I just rewashed and rinsed my hair when I got home and realized it was goopy from the shampoo residue.

My wax and haircut were great, my pedicure was pretty good in terms of feet pampering but the worst polish application I've ever seen, including what I do myself (which is bad). I just had to laugh. The girl was so sweet and the price was right, and I got my callouses scrapped off so at the end of the day for the price I couldn't be upset. I was happy to give her a chance to practice, even if I took the polish off as soon as I got home. Just know going in to have a little lower standards and not to be too picky and I think you'll be happy! The prices are amazing and the people are all wonderful.

Worst pedicure I've ever had. I've had many…read moreaesthetics/bodywork services done by students, and they are usually very good. Not this time. This place has NO atmosphere whatsoever terrible lighting, ugly, "institutional" feeling. The student did nothing to remove the dead skin and calluses on the bottom of my feet (no pumice stone, filing, etc.). I had to ASK her to cut my long toenails (she wouldn't have if I hadn't specifically asked). She used gel polish when I requested regular, and I had to pay extra to get the gel removed the next time I went for a pedicure (at a real salon). No instructor supervision at all -- there was no one to quality-check her work or to ask me for feedback (which is desperately needed if this student ever wants to learn how to do a proper pedicure service). I would absolutely never go again.
