Frosti gave me what is easily the best cut I have ever had. This is NOT a chop shop moving the heard through. This is your time with careful and steady hands addressing every detail to make you the best you want to be. Each cut comes with a soothing neck shave to make sure you are ready to face the world. I even had a refreshing straightedge shave, removing all that scraggly vacation scruff. Each step was accompanied by a powder, pomade, or shaving creams that had earthy aromatics. I am now ready for the conference room. From classic pompadours to the trendiest styles and masterful mustache and beard trims, they have it in their arsenal. Don't know what happened. The website said the wait would be 14 minutes, so I checked in. By the…read moretime I get there, they had cancelled my appointment and let someone else ahead of me. I waited longer than 14 minutes. I had a commitment I had to get to, so I had to leave. Funny part is, I never check in online. It didn't even take me too long to get there. Do I need to be in my car on my way to check in? On top of that, there's two staff members. If the wait time is longer than half an hour, and the website says it's less, fix your website. The other sports clips in the area had wait times almost at an hour... so clearly there is a big need for stylists, but for some reason there's only two!?

The only thing I will complain about is that their sign claims that walk-ins are welcome but they actually have NO system for handling them. You will wait literally all day long if their sign-ups are full. Even if someone with an appointment is late, or a no-show, they will sit there twiddling their thumbs while waiting for the person with the appointment rather than invite a walk-in to the chair. This has happened to me many times, and at any time of the day. To avoid frustration, don''t go without an appointment. Now I just need to remember my own advice.

She was professional but personal, polite and detail focused. The ear, neck and eyebrow trim were included along with a scented scalp massage and warm face cloth for the neck and face. There's no signs that says watch your language inside the Business and honestly, I don't even wanna talk to these ladies, but they ask you a bunch of questions if they don't want answers, don't ask questions. And not only that she yelled at me to get out of the store. I'm really getting tired of people treating people like this because when you try to report them to the Better Business Bureau or other places, it takes 6 to 8 months and these people know that, I know they don't care. I'm just letting you know. Be careful because these ladies are taking Your words out of context and forming them into sexual harassment. Be careful out here Utah is very known for females making fake accusations against males. I was just a victim of this today. Be careful guys and just for the record ladies not everybody wants to date you
