They even let you have a drink on your way out (limited selection but still a nice perk). I had Gabe as my barber and he was excellent at listening to what I was wanting and asked lots of questions and gave plenty of explanation to help me feel comfortable and trust his mad skills! He really made sure to listen to what I was wanting my beard to look like and offered suggestions to help make it look better with what he knew from his expertise! I'll go back for sure! One small suggestion though, maybe brush off the ears as I had hair bits in my ears and that could be embarrassing in public lol.

Makes zero sense, the barber who could have made some extra money and help me not wait an extra 45 mins wasn't allowed to cut my hair even though he is clearly available. I'm assuming this is the owner being selfish. Don't support selfish owners who only care about how much he makes and not how much his employees make nor how long the customers have to wait.

He wants you to be delighted, not content, with your haircut. His attention to detail and personal service is what we're missing in many businesses today, who use that damn COVID bs as an excuse to fail at their profession. Not Lou. No, they were invested in making sure the two appointments before me got exactly what they wanted. When I had my haircut, it was cut to perfection, asking one of the ladies to do something more stylish and she happily obliged and I was amazed at the quality of the cut.
