I even asked AI for the best beard barber in the area, and it pointed me straight to Nick, which says a lot about his reputation. I told him to do his thing, and he did. Watching and feeling him work, it was like he was cutting each hair exactly where it needed to be to fit the style he had in mind. He wasn't one of those 10-minutes-and-you're-out barbers, and he wasn't slow either. He kept it moving, with great conversation the whole time. I'd made a vow not to shave until I finished a big project, so I needed someone who could clean it up without taking it all off, and Nick nailed it. Nick is definitely a master of his art. If you want a barber who knows beards, book with Nick. I'll be back.

She wasn't very talkative; didn't ask any questions other than what I wanted with my haircut so that was a little weird because usually they will talk your ear off. With it being such a quick cut; there's a lot less blending so they are more sharp, blunt cuts; I would prefer it to be blended more. I'm all for a quick cut at a good price!

Lately though I've had some bad experiences communicating what I want with my hair. I ask for the same thing every time but always get a different interpretation- unfortunately. I usually do my best to explain and they usually do a good job adjusting. Last couple of times have been terrible though. This last time was one of the worst haircuts I got and before I could stop the haircutter, my head was practically shaved off. Not ideal when I wanted to keep my hair long. Unfortunately this will be the last time I come here. Too much inconsistency lately and too much poor communication. I guess that's what you risk for a low price haircut. But this is the second time I have gone to this place and had them totally mess up my hair. I'm tired of it. They randomly assign you a stylist and will not allow you to ask questions about who is good at what or who has the most experience. You just have to take who you get. I went in wanting a fairly basic Bob, nothing too radical and what they came out with was absolutely not what was in the photograph that I showed her. The angle is wrong, it's chunky, it's way too long. Nothing about it is right. They offered to let me have a re-cut but I don't dare go there again for fear of what else they might do. Would not recommend.
