She tells you what instructions to follow after waxing, which was so helpful for a first timer like me. They ran out of exfoliating gloves when I went, which was a bummer, but I found one for cheap at a local market. Mary Grace texts you to confirm appointments, which is really cool. Is it painful? It's plucking hairs all at once so yes it will hurt, but only for a short while. The results are worth it! Highly recommend this place for a professional wax! You will not regret it. She didn't hesitate at taking on the task of fixing it. She is fast - my hair is waist length and very thick and she got a full head of foils in me in less than an hour. All perfectly placed.
