Best Haircut of my life!!! I came in wanting to take a risk. I wanted to get a pixie cut for the first time in my life and do an all over color. I had some pictures of what I wanted, but definitely needed any experience d stylist to give me advice. Allyson knocked it out of the park!She helped me find a color mixture even better than the one I had in mind. We compared the sample against my skin tone until I found a color combo I was happy with. Then she was able to perfectly combine the hairstyles of my two favorite photos that I brought in, always happy to tweak and give suggestions as we went along until we got to exactly what I wanted. I used to just go the mall to get my hair done. Never again. This salon is fantastic! My roommate showed me their Instagram, and after looking at the work they've done, I decided to make an appointment. The salon is adorable. They have a hot chocolate bar and a mini boutique! The staff is super friendly too! The whole experience was just awesome! I requested Janna as my stylist, and I am so glad I did! She is seriously a hair genius! Absolutely loved the stylist and the results of the Brazilian Blowout I got. Would give her a full 5 stars!!! Not satisfied with the package- you are forced to purchase shampoo and conditioner. However, these don't count towards the buy 3 get 1 product free deal. For the sake of $20ish wouldn't you rather have a customer leave without a sour taste in her mouth because the two products bought (forced) don't count towards the buy 3 get one free deal- especially a customer who was willing to drop $250 on the service! Also, if there is product remaining will she be forced to buy more product in the next Brazilian Blowout? How will you retain repeat customers forced to buy product they won't need? This leaves a nasty taste to an otherwise excellent service. read more

Great service and great results! Logan helped me and she did such a good job!! She helped me analyze the pros and cons of my color choices and gave some super helpful hair care tips as she worked on my hair. She also explained what each of her products did as she put them in my hair to help style it when she was done. Any reviews about being "forced to buy products" are just talking about the cost of the product used in your hair for your appointment (but they did have the same products for sale near the front desk if you wanted to buy them later). Logan also trimmed my bangs and she did SO good! She has bangs too so she understands the struggle of trimming and styling them, and she listened to me and did mine exactly how I asked. read more

I was very impressed with Aspen Salon and the entire staff. I come often from out of town and this is always my go-to place for a great haircut and highlight! The staff is professional and friendly, I love the atmosphere AND the owner Crystal Mitchell is the BOMB! She is always providing her stylists with the most up to date and cutting edge education so we get the best and most current trends as clients. They also have a lot of product options available for purchase so I can get what I need while I'm there and the prices are great. I LOVE this place! I went to Leslie for a haircut and she was awesome! When I first got there she saw how I wanted to cut my hair, and she made sure she and I were on the same page. She walked me through everything she was doing which really put me at ease that she wasn't just going to do what she wanted. She also told me what kind of products I needed to use, not just brands but the ingredients I needed to stay away from and what I needed more of. She also showed me how to style it so that I didn't go home and not know what to do. She was so nice and an awesome person to trust with changing my hair! read more

I am visiting from out of state and I hadn't been to a salon in years. Too many bad experiences made me prefer trimming my own bangs and occasionally chopping several inches off the bottom myself. Coming here and having Adam work on my hair was an amazing choice. I have very curly hair and it's super difficult to find someone I can trust to cut it. I came in to the salon looking horrendous and walked out feeling like a complete new person. Not only did he give me an amazing haircut, he educated me on how to take care of it properly, to have my hair looking it's best. I had a BLAST getting a curly cut from Adam today! First of all, the salon is adorable and comfortable. Adam is really great at listening and asking the right questions to get a good feel for what your hair situation is. He was super thorough and really took his time with my hair. Lauren is one of the best stylists I have ever had. She does a fabulous cut and one I don't have to mess with to style. my hair just falls into place the way I like it.
