She bleached and toned my hair to a nice beige like I wanted. Although $280 is a lot for me to spend, it looked great when I left the salon. Nicole said to think of it as an "INVESTMENT". Nine days later the pretty beige turned back to brassy orangy blonde after 2 washes - just like temporary color does. Upon arriving at the barber shop particularly Friday. It was a busy day. I was greeted by the receptionist and walked if they accept walk ins, which they do. I really didn't wait long on my first time but my second time I had to wait one hour in half before i got into the chair. I knew waiting would be worth it because the barbers take time to actually make your hair cut look nice. No cookie cutter type of hair cut. The first time I had a male cut my hair (I forgot his name) and the second time was a female. Also (forgot her name). They are wonderful and pretty chill and not awkward at all. They do have appointments if you have a particular barber that you want to cut your hair. But plan ahead. Don't expect to get barber right away if you come in as a walk in. This is the place to go for a nice hair cut. Don't forget to tip they do take time making SURE your hair cut is FRESH
